Such a cute and clean place with a nice view of the ocean and mountains from the bedroom, furniture was comfortable and kitchen had all the things to be able to cook and eat in! We knew it had a W/D, one of the reasons we chose this unit but it is oh so convenient! I’m missing things but the thing that stood out the most was the welcome package of cookies and granola and coffee and the CARD Such a sweet gesture that set this place apart from others we’ve stayed with so mahalo for that but really mahalo for it all! Cannot wait to return!

Condo close to sunset gathering

everynight folks gather at the beach, with drink in hand, to celebrate another sunset. Sometimes, if the conditions are right you can see the mysterious green flash. Close to the spouting horn, almost walkable and also close the botanical garden. Try the dinner tour. Unit kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc the owner has provide many beach aids.

We really liked the unit and the view. It had everything we wanted. Only negatives: Beach umbrella needs replacing and parking is difficult because we did not have a compact car.

The condo had a very comfortable bed and couch and everything needed to enjoy those days at the beach including chairs and umbrella. Beautiful area with a very nice pool with waterfall. Snorkeling is right across the street...best on the island! Snorkeling

Cute condo

The condo was nice, we were walking distance from PK’s beach which my son had a competition. There were 2 portable AC units in the condo but it was still very hot at night and uncomfortable and it exacerbated my allergies. We also turned off the AC units and opened all the windows but be careful because Kauai does rain a lot and we had to close everything in the middle of the night due to the strong winds and rain and it became very hot. Also the plastic covering on the ceiling light in the kitchen fell and almost landed on me. I did take pictures and send to Vacasa but still waiting to hear back. Other than that it has a nice kitchenette, they had chairs & an umbrella in the closet along with board games and cooler bag.

Great spot to stay!

This condo is perfect - great location steps from the beach, and a perfect view of the gardens and the beach from the lanai. I loved being able to see and hear the waves from bed! Parking was easy and close, there's shave ice just around the corner and lovely views everywhere. We loved walking around the area. The condo is roomy, and very clean. Lots of space to unpack, and the king size bed was great. Well stocked with dishes and whatnot in the kitchen, and they even left us some macadamia nuts and granola which was lovely. The closet is full of beach gear - boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach blankets, towels, and pool noodles. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. HOWEVER, the manager came by at one point and after knocking he unlocked and was opening our door before we could answer, and I am still in shock about this. I don't think it would happen again to someone else, but this is something I've never ever encountered and his apology was lacking, so I feel it needs to be said.

Excellent location. An older property that could use a refresh but neat and clean. Needs some maintenance attention for a running toilet. Missing a TV remote. Air conditioner should be repaired, up-sized.

Anniversary in Kauai and the roosters

We had so much fun sitting on the lanai and watching the chickens!! There are 50000 people and 450000 chickens on Kauai. Seriously, beautiful place - no central ac in this unit but they have an “air cooler” and ceiling fans - and an amazing CROSS BREEZE from your ocean view - so who cares!! 😂 Not a fan of the 10 am check out but not a deal breaker. Loved every minute
