We recently stayed at the Pili Mai Condominiums in Poipu and overall had a great experience.The condo itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was simple and convenient, and communication with the management team was prompt and responsive throughout our trip, which we really appreciated.The location is a huge plus—close to many attractions, with several spots within walking distance and others just a short drive away. It made getting around and exploring the island really easy.There were a few minor maintenance issues, including a stove burner that wasn't working, a bedroom fan that wasn’t functioning, and a leaky shower head. None of these impacted our stay in a major way, and the property manager was ready to address them right away if needed, which showed great customer service.The one bigger concern was the cleanliness upon arrival. It seemed like the unit may not have been used recently or the cleaning may have been rushed, as there was a noticeable layer of dust throughout—from kitchen dishes and cups to window sills and air conditioning vents.There were also a couple of inconveniences outside of management’s control. The jacuzzi was out of service during our stay, and construction in the driveway prevented us from parking in our designated spot for a few days. While understandable, it would have been helpful to have a heads-up in advanceStill a great place to stay.
