This is a wonderful place! My husband and I had a relaxing and comfortable four-night stay with our 16-year-old son. You can see that the owners take pride in their unit from the beautiful decor and furniture to the updated kitchen and bathroom. Here is what stands out: * Walking access to a beach! This meant we didn't have to fight for parking at the public beaches!* Access to the Poipu Beach Club across the street with a pool, exercise rooms/equipment, tennis and pickleball courts, and exercise classes. (I took a great 75-min Yin Yoga class)* Responsive property management: we contacted them about a broken toilet seat screw and kettle and both were fixed or replaced the next morning.* Third floor end unit means only one neighbor and no noise from above.* Balcony with a distant view of the water from one side.* No A/C but a wonderful cross breeze from windows with slats that can be opened and a balcony slider.* Fully-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, blender, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and gadgets (including the vegetable peeler I needed!).* Comfy bed and sofa bed.* Beach chairs, wagon, snorkel equipment, sand toys, beach umbrella, and boogie boards (the light styrofoam type, but at least they had them!).
