Best house ever! Our lovely welcome included a generous gift basket of fruit, cookies, snacks and wine. Favorite touch - magnificent fresh cut flowers! The house has a thoughtful layout and serene vibe. It was clearly planned and decorated to be stylish, peaceful, restful. It was exceptionally clean.There is A/C, not always needed. We opened the transom windows for fantastic cross breezes. Every room a winner – spacious, well appointed, comfy beds. The upstairs master suite was heavenly with spectacular views. The master bath was luxurious, w thick towels/ full-sized toiletries, and best shower ever! The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances. Loved that we could each make our morning coffee in our own way (drip, French press, Keurig). Fabulous laundry facilities. Outdoor shower is fantastic, convenient, hot. The outdoor storage held plenty of chairs; most could be carried backpack style. We appreciated different styles and different heights. We used 3 umbrellas each day, and put all the chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkeling gear into the wagon for easy beach trips. Plenty of matching beach towels and water shoes available. Loved the hammock, screened lanai, BBQ grill, outdoor patio, landscaping. Reading a book on the front porch lanai, w its open air pergola felt so cozy.Our host was so kind and responsive with communication. We met with her briefly, and she was delightful! Overall, this host and house exceeded our expectations. Will come again!

Clean house with lots of attention to detail - coffee machines, ironing board, kitchen appliances, and even spices and condiments - details that save many trips to the store. Location is great with a nice, easy walking path straight to the beach.

The house had all items we need. Including items for babies. We would of liked a slow cooker/ crockpot. But the kitchen had lots of appliances. It is just a short walk to the beaches. One had turtles and seals that come up out of the water. Also the pool at the resort is very nice.

Wonderful family vacation home

Our family of 8 (Parents, 2 adult children with spouses and 2 grandchildren) stayed at this lovely home for 10 days. Location was perfect since we could walk to 3 beaches. The home was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. They had all the beach items you could ever ask for including a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, lots of towels, etc. Thry also had everything you could need for kids like step stools, high chair, games, legos. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, very Hawaiian and met all our needs. The owner was lovely and we were so grateful for the use of this home during our family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ending to our last days in Kauai

Your house was absolutely awesome! Thank you for letting us stay at it during our spring break vacation! One thing to note is that when we got there the ice machine wasn’t working. I was able to fix it by removing the ice dam that had formed inside it. Mahalo!!

Amazing location

I don’t know that the location could be any better. Close to beaches, easy walking everywhere, and right next to the Hyatt. House was well stocked for our family trip. Highly recommended.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a nice large home and the three of us friends enjoyed each having our own bedroom and bathroom and space. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. It was easy and pleasant to walk to the beaches in either direction and convenient to explore the south side of island. There were a few small maintenance things that needed attention, which I pointed out to the owner. Some of the furniture, drapes, and carpeting are well used, which can be typical in a popular rental. Since the house backs up to Poipu Road with a fairly consistent flow of traffic, if you are sensitive to road noise, you will want to bring ear plugs. It's not excessive but is noticeable. Overall a nice place to stay that was a good value for the space.

Beautiful Home in Kauai

The home was spacious, beautiful, clean and everything we needed for our annual family trip to Kauai. The host was fantastic and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was also accessible. Which we greatly appreciated. All adults with one 2 year old. Slept 10 comfortably. We rented bikes which was great fun. Walk to all the nearby beaches, stores and restaurants. I recommend this home and would return again.

This was a fantastic place to stay in the Poipu area. Plenty of space and beds for our extended family of 8, very well-appointed with thoughtful touches like chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. The air conditioning was a huge bonus. Minutes away from walking to the beach. Also, having access to the pool and tennis courts was a big plus and we used them throughout our trip. Tiana checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and she provided really clear instructions and recommendations.

Lovely, very spacious, and comfortable home

Beautiful home that is very close to Poipu Beach. We are a family of 7 (my husband and I, my daughter, my parents, and 2 brothers) and all of us had plenty of room. This home is thoughtfully furnished and well maintained. (My daughter referred to this place as "the palace house"). One of the prettiest Hawaii backyards I've seen. Loved that there are two master suites, which made having my elderly parents visit easy (there are also no steps into the home). We carried one of the single mattresses upstairs and made the office into a room for my daughter, so that everyone could have their own room. I hope we can visit this lovely home again!

The Best

The house was perfect for our stay. The 4 bedrooms were exactly what we needed for one grandma, two couples, one baby, and two children. We truly appreciated all the amenities the house had. The location of the house was so convenient to walk to the beach, the pool, or some local restaurants. The drive to some other beaches was very short. We look forward to using this property again!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a phenomenal experience. Before we arrived and during our stay, owner was so kind and responsive. Check in was seamless. House is beautiful- everything you’d need!! Beds are even super comfortable!! Location can’t be beat- short walk to the best beach on the island. Also easy access to main road for adventures around the island. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on first/ main floor - so excellent for family members with limited mobility. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Kauai!! I can’t say enough great things about how wonderful this place is!!

Perfect size for our family of 8! Perfect location, walking distance to great beaches for swimming and snorkeling and boogie boarding. Perfect amenities - for the baby, for cooking, for going to the beach. Seriously, we loved this home and hope to return some time soon!

Christmas in Kauai

Just spent a great time at the property in Kauai. The owners were extremely responsive and gracious with their knowledge of the island. The Christmas morning sunrise was awesome. We also recommend Kipu Ranch Adventures, Kauai Backcountry adventures for floating down mountain canals, body surfing at Brennecke's and Shipwrecks and snorkeling at various spots on the south shore. The 10 minute walk to the beach was nice but it's much easier to drive a car down with the beach gear

Large House in Poipu

4 bedroom house, a little older but kept well. Awesome property manager, easy to contact and chat with. We had a family reunion of Kauai born cousins and it as an excellent "home base" to relax and chat with everyone.

Perfect for our week in Kauai!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of six adults. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home, it's large size and it's beach themed decor. The location was excellent - many walking paths throughout the property, that led to cliffs, beach and gorgeous views. The garden area is lovely and was just right for a few family dinners. We were within a mile or two of beautiful sandy beaches. Tiana was an excellent hostess who responded quickly whenever we had a question. The house is close to a main road but this is not a detraction from how wonderful the property is overall. We hope to go back again!

Amazing Rental

We just got back from 7 amazing days at This beautiful home. It’s in the perfect poipu location, super easy walk to multiple beaches and pool. The house has every amenity you could ever need, and was seriously the best and most nicely equipped vrbo I’ve ever stayed at- beach supplies, games, towels, wagon/stroller/babycrib/coolers for the beach/snorkeling supplies/ childrens life jackets and beach toys, wonderfully stocked kitchen, you name it, and this house has it. We had two families (4 adults and 4 children) under the age of 10 and we had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The kids loved the putting green and backyard, tv room, legos and games, and beach toys. We loved the layout and cleanliness of the home, comfy beds, vacation guides, baby supplies, and awesome location. Tiana was an incredible host and extremely responsive and helpful. Could not have asked for a better stay. Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful property. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Tiana!
