With 1900 s.f. living area, this three bedroom three bath view unit features an expansive covered lanai, private elevator access, central air, central vacuum, washer/dryer, and elegant 'Tommy Bahama' furnishings throughout. The sixteen foot glass wall folds back, joining the great room with the lanai to expand the living area to about 1900 square feet. Perfect for indoor-outdoor living to make the most of your Kauai experience. Additional amenities include the pool and spa, clubhouse access, and fitness center. As an added benefit, you have access to the Poipu Kai Resort tennis facilities just across the greenbelt. A short walk along the greenbelt path takes you to the Poipu beaches, park and shopping. This was an awesome place to stay! It’s in a great location. Easy check in/out and great communication with property manager. Definitely a luxury condo with ample space for 5 adults. We cooked most of our meals in, so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite was the lanai…not only an ocean view, but overlooked the walking path to the beach (an easy 10 minute walk to the beach)… We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our vacation with our adult children. Very spacious and nice furnishings. Great location to the beaches and having the pool so close was a plus. The lanai was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Stop scrolling and book this one now!

This villa is so lovely and we enjoyed our time there the end of May. Nicely decorated, large size rooms, great lanai. Excellent location, short walk to beaches and other nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!

It is a beautiful unit well apppointed and equipped. The rooms were spaciois and the beds were all comfortable. For the older folks it is Good news bad news - the unit is away from the noise of the pool but it is the back unit so the unloading of your luggage will require a bit of a walk

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. We had all of the space a family of four could want and the beds were very comfortable. The views and setting were gorgeous from every angle.

Beautiful Serenity Villas!
Our family had an amazing vacation at this luxury villa in Kauai! The property was walking distance to the beaches and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We hope to come visit again! Mahalo

Wonderful Place in Poipu
Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. The kitchen was perfect, and the outside grill was too. Will definitely stay again.
