We loved the amenities, the location was great, and the people were very nice. The cleanliness could have been a little better, but overall, it was a lovely stay.

Excellent short term family stay

This property was perge t for a family of 5 stay woth multiple generations, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a pullout couch with a half bath downstairs for our teenager. Easy location between all kinds of activities, and a beautiful property! Well stocked kitchen appliances and diner-ware.

Awesome location. Nice Spot.

It was perfect for a week on Kauai. Spacious and clean nice to have rooms with separate bathrooms and ocean view from the balcony. No AC, but with the windows open it wasn’t bad. Would stay here again!

Great home, a little noisy in the AM

Beautiful property with some nice amenities and really close to the ocean. There was a lot noise early in the morning though, I think construction and trash pick up.

Great location

Condo is close to the beach and a walking trail. Relatively clean given it is a beach house (carpet and tile dirty). Stocked with plenty of beach gear. No A/C was not a big deal....trade winds kept it cool. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Poipu area vrbo

I loved the location. Short walk to shipwreck beach. Saw whales breaching from the lanai. Close to poipu beach and the turtles and seals. Not far from the airport or Costco. There were a lot of stairs so that’s something to consider if you don’t like stairs. 3 rd floor and bedrooms are another floor up from main entrance. Beautiful weather. Unit could use a little updating but it worked great for us.

Ok condo

Condo is in a great location. Kitchen and baths have been updated but rest of condo now needs to be refreshed. No blinds in the the dining / living area. Windows and blinds in the bedrooms need replaced. A couple of the windows had missing window panes and windows leaked when it rained.

Okay place to sleep but not much else.

This unit really needs a deep clean. The location is great and close to so many great spots on the island. The pool and hot tub are awesome amenities. You'll notice many units are very well maintained, this one, not so much. The windows need a good wash inside and out, to get rid of the residue that will leave red dust on your clothes and skin and hinder the beautiful view. Two of the windows in the master bedroom are missing screens, making them unusable, unless you don't mind chunks of rotted wood, dust, debris, bugs, etc, on your bedding. The unit definitely needs some love, but the location is great. We would just selected a different unit/owner next time for sure. Also, some partiers, pot smokers, and a bit of a domestic disturbance in the parking lot during the week, but I guess it's Hawaii, and vacation, so that's to be expected. There's no air conditioning, so with the windows open, you hear and smell it all.

miss information not very clean

first after seeing photos of this place it had three floors I called to ask if it had an elevator, person replied no elevator. I said we are seniors and stairs would be a problem for us. his reply there are no stairs on this unit you're on the first floor. We arrived and we are on the top floor. I called Vacasa to explain what their team member told me. their reply we are sorry for the inconvenience. that's all they said. No options to help us. there was no property manager on site so we were stuck with this place. Not a senior friendly place to stay. Going into this unit i notice stains in the carpet and the stairway carpets were soiled so I called and I got the same reply sorry for the inconvenience. The strict rules of shoes off before entering seemed to mean this place was going to be spotless which it was not. After a few days we were going to do a load of laundry and we opened the washing machine. It smelled horrible. there was mold growing the rubber gasket. I called same reply again sorry. I said something has to be about this and they said they would put in a request to fix this. Some one did come and sad they cleaned it while we were gone but it still smelled bad. So I texted the person who cleaned it but got no reply. So emailed them about this problem and asked them to replace the moldy gasket. Some one replied saying it would take weeks to order one and he would come out and clean it. It was better but I was not going to wash my clothes in that washing machine. At night we were getting bites on our legs and arms. I saw a bug flying in the bathroom sink and I killed it and blood came out of it. Again I emailed Vacasa and they replied the property manager wold contact us to fix this right away. Which never happened. Not a pleasant stay for us

Nice place

Vacasa was very responsive and helpful with regards to the condo. The condo was very clean, and in a good location to walk to the beach or coastal trail. Although there was no AC, having the windows open provided a nice breeze. There was basic gear provided, and most all that was needed in the kitchen. Overall, we were happy with our two night stay!

Beautiful condo in Poipu

Beautiful well equipped condo in Poipu. Loved the access to point to watch sunset and waves. Very bright, so not much sleeping in after sunrise.

Great location, spacious, airy, and clean!

Lovely spot well situated in the southern coat, an easy walk to Shipwreck or Poipu beach. The condo is very airy and well appointed. The management company was very thoughtful and communicative.

Great vacation home

Even though it was just a weekend visit, it was a great home to rent. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities that it had to offer. Great view from the rental.

Charming Poipu Condo

Located a little off the beaten bath in Poipu kept our spot quiet and serene. Home is equipped with every amenity we needed during our stay. Comfy beds and super cute beach decor. We will definitely be back!
