The room was dusty ( can see dust on the wall and table top). Found 3 hairs on the pillow and asked the staff to change. Staffs were friendly and responded to it quite fast.

Place of the hotel is quite strategy, however, the facility provided name was impressive, but quite a disappointment when u check it out. Viewing deck wasnt that stunning after all. Sound proof was bad, when i am in the room, the sound along the hallway was loud and even can hear noises from room ...
