"Located on a cute side street with quaint shops and a brewery across the street and nice restaurants a few steps away. Our adult children and their families couldn’t believe we were in Kokomo Indiana. Everyone was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay and also to host family members to join us to hang out between festivities. Host was wonderful - so accommodating and responsive. We all agreed we want to stay again next time we are all in town! "

"We had a great time. The house had everything we needed and more. They even went and got bait for us to fish. The rooms and beds were comfy and the porch and dock were peaceful. The family loved the pontoon boat and were ready for dinner and bed as soon as we got home. Just what we needed!"

"This property was simply amazing… great location, easy to find, and very accurate to the pics if not better! We went with a family of 10 and had everything we could possibly need! Grill, tons of beds and linens, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen supplies! We fished. Had a fire. And just hung out! Used the projector to watch the Kentucky Derby! Was very pleased with our stay and would love to come back when it’s warmer! "

"Excellent home. Extremely clean and great recommendations from the host. The lake is quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Myself, my wife and our 3 year old son loved our stay for 6 nights. The boat was great to have. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway. Not much in the town itself, but Warsaw is about 15 minutes away and has everything you would ever need."
