Sehr gute zentrale Lage und kostenloser Transfer vom/zum Pier. Das Personal ist super freundlich, auch der Laundry-Service ist gut. Frühstück à la carte und lecker. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Handtücher riechen leider muffig, vermutlich weil es im City-View-Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen gibt, sie müssten bei höherer Temperatur gewaschen werden. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes 3-Sterne-Hotel!

We had a sea-view room, and the view was truly beautiful — definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself was quite small, but still cozy and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of a proper wardrobe or a convenient place to store clothes; there were very few hangers, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was also small, but functional and overall acceptable. On the positive side, the rooms were very well soundproofed, which made it easy to rest without disturbances. Breakfast was included and turned out to be a very pleasant surprise — really delicious and with a good variety. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only aspect that felt a bit disappointing was the price, which seemed quite high for what was offered. Unfortunately, this appears to reflect a broader trend among mid-to-high range hotels, which in recent times seem to be trying to maximize profits.

On the beach, clean comfy with great food, the sunset from your room is breathtaking, walking distance to anything you need, the staff was amazing I would come back here and recommended.

Great stay, amazing view from the room, restaurant has incredible food, perfect walkable location. Yes the neighbouring bar is loud at night but it didn’t bother us at all, there was ear plugs in the room but we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay again.

It’s right by the water and close to shops and bars but also quiet for sleeping. You can hear the waves at night. Breakfast was great and the staff is lovely

Perfect

Beautiful hotel, 100000% recommended!!! We had a room with a sea view and it was just incredible, extremely clean and comfortable, and perfect for sunsets 😍 the hotel is literally on the beach and very centrally located with plenty of cafes and shops around. The hotel’s restaurant is also fantastic and we enjoyed three lovely breakfasts there. Lastly, the staff are phenomenal. Extremely helpful and the sweetest people I’ve met on my travels. I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name but he was so wonderful and really made us feel welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next stay 🏝️ thank you Blue Tao 🇹🇭

The property was in a good location, but its hot water system was not good, we showered with cold water for couple of days! And the restaurant they had next to the hotel wasn’t part of the hotel! That’s what they said

Fantastic position on the beach surrounded by lovely little cafes and shops. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. Unfortunately, it’s super noisy at night until the early hours. On our second night there the water stopped, just as we were getting ready to go out and stayed off for several hours. It finally came on and then the electricity cut out, think it was everywhere though. At least the music stopped for a while. Shower room had some black mould and was very small. Staff were lovely though.

Great location. Right on the beach. No beach chairs or tables available in front of the hotel. You sit on the beach or nothing. Hotel restaurant was closed and under renovation. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets. Room was a little small but nice and comfortable. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful. We had one small problem with our stay. The cleaners decided to throw in the garbage my cold pizza (in the pizza box) and my ashtray with a joint in it. There are many options when staying on Koh Tao so we will choose another hotel on our next visit.

A mixed bag.

This hotel was so so. Communications were seamless, they sent a driver to pick me up and check in was a breeze. So far, so good. However, the housekeeper never replenished the toilet paper, which obviously isn't ideal. And on one of the two days I was there, the staff forgot to place my breakfast order even though there was only one other customer at the restaurant, so I ended up going diving without breakfast. In their defense, the staff gave me a croissant for the road, which was nice, but that still doesn't excuse them completely dropping the ball. Location is good, in the heart of Sairee and right on the beach. Room is on the smaller side. Shower struggles to produce hot water. Breakfast when served, is mediocre. The mishaps are a shame, as this place has potential.
