Sehr schöne Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Gute Ausstattung in der Villa. Allerdings sollte das Geschirr doch einmal kontrolliert werden, da einiges bereits beschädigt ist. Wir waren 5 Personen. Die Reinigung nach 3 und sogar erst nach 5 Tagen ist echt zu spät, zumal auch nur an diesen Tagen auch Handtuch-Wechsel ist. Es wäre angebracht, einen Schrank mit sauberen Handtüchern im Haus zu haben, sodass man bei Bedarf selbstständig wechseln kann. Wir können beruhigt diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das einzig Störende waren die sehr lauten Flugzeuglandungen am Morgen. Das Haus ist ansonsten wunderschön gelegen. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, so dass man darauf angewiesen ist, dass auch die Nachbarn ruhig sind. Bei Problemen war due Agentur jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus war tipptopp, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick ist wunderschön und in der Nähe waren viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Organisation der Abholung vom Flughafen und andere Serviceleistungen waren sehr gelungen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Modern Villa with Excellent View

The Villa is in the northern part of the island and only 10 minutes from the 2 tour companies that can take you on day boat trips to Augthong and Koh Tao. The beach is a bit of a hike downhill and not wonderful. Getting directions to the unit was a challenge because the English manager won’t use any cell phone app and his Thai assistant didn’t know the Google Maps address which is “Villa Latitude 9” but one street down hill from that pin. Air conditioning is extra. We only used it in one bedroom at night and it’s was 750 Baht for 5 nights. Pool is unheated but I didn’t mind that. Pots and pans could be improved. Not many cooking kitchen basic things like coffee, oil etc so you’ll have to pick those up. We shopped at Central about 20 minutes south.

Beautiful Views!

It was absolutely beautiful, the property and the views. The home is nicely decorated, every thing we needed was there. We enjoyed our stay there, my only complaint was that the hot water did not work for the first few days and we called the manager and it was fixed. I did not mind the water issue it was so hot!!! but others minded. You will definitely need a car to go to the stores not walkable because the transportation options are expensive for Thailand. The beach is closely but you will have to climb a steep hill back to the villa, very beautiful peaceful beach. Overall, nice villa, will return when in the area in the future.

Perfect stay

Picturesque Villa!

This villa was amazing! As an interior designer, I was searching for a place that was beautiful and peaceful away from home. Our family started our journey from California, toured Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and spent our final week relaxing at this villa! This was paradise, and the perfect way to end our vacation! Even more perfect than the pictures! The checkin was effortless with Roger and Nok. Both were such a pleasure, and great communicators when we needed anything. Roger set us up with all the info we needed. This villa is pretty remote with 2 restaurants in walking distance, but Chaweng and some of the party beaches are a 15-minute or so cab ride, and there are plenty of songthaews for a ride back. We also used Jar (owner of Country Bar, one of the nearby restaurants) for rides. There is also a family mart that will deliver groceries to the villa for no charge. Country Bar and Wood House will also deliver, and we did this often so we could enjoy the house. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but the hill up is steep (easy if you’re in good shape!). We used Michelle for a couple tours (highly recommend kayak tour to Ang Thong), Khem for massages in the villa. I’m glad we waited, as the prices for in Villa were less than why we saw in Bangkok or Chiang Mai. If you are used to massages in the US, a note that for the villa massage, they do not bring tables with them and will instead set up on the beds. If you are looking for cuisine other than Thai, we did find a great Italian restaurant with a very passionate owner that had our mouths watering with his menu. The name was Salefino. Prices were expensive for Thailand but not compared to standard Western prices. Koh Samui was so beautiful and this house was just perfect! Easy access to and from the airport and such a nice end to our travels! Thank you Blanka, Roger, and Nok for contributing to our amazing stay in this villa! If you ever find yourselves in Huntington Beach, CA, I will be your personal tour guide 🥰

PARADISE

We really enjoyed our stay at Blankas Villa. It was even better than we expected. Roger and Nok who met us for incheck was very helpful with many tips and local knowledge. One very good tip was Jar who has The Country Bar nearby with very tasty thai food and home delivery. He was also our taxidriver a couple of times when we couldn't drive. The house is really nice and we all enjoyed the interior design and the pool area. The kitchen has all the neccesary stuff. 3 really nice bedrooms and a big living room with a nice tv with internet connection. The little beach down the hill is very clean and was one of our favorite places to hang. We are very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful Stay

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Check in and check out was easy, starting with an airport pickup. Roger is the Manager and gave us a lot of helpful information on resources, places to eat, etc. We used his recommendation for a private chef (Chef Sing), drivers and in-house massages. All were great suggestions and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend using Jar for car rides, to rent scooters/cars and to order delivery from his Country Bar restaurant (delish!). All around great guy! The pool was amazing. Very relaxing after a long day in the sun. The only SMALL con is the location is in a pretty quiet area with not a lot of options within walking distance. Our family likes to go out so we had to hire a driver quite a lot. 500/650 BHT per trip to Chaweng or Bophut. If you’re comfortable enough, rent a scooter or a car. Both are very cheap and will allow you to get to the nearby Chaweng and Bophut towns easily. Even if you’re not comfortable enough to ride the scooters to go into town, still get one! It’s only 200 BHT per day and will allow you to easily ride the quiet nearby streets to the local markets, etc. We took ours to the nearby Ritz Carlton to have poolside drinks (highly recommend). You will not be disappounted in renting this house!

Amazing stay, breathtaking views

The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. We had an amazing time and stayed almost everyday inside the villa to enjoy it as much as we could! Communication was perfect throughout our stay. The only very minor comment I would make is that the hosts should provide basic toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel and kitchen essentials such as coffee and dishwasher tablets which unfortunately were not available. Saying that, there are no claims in the advert that these items are provided but they would have made our stay more comfortable. Thanks to everyone involved in welcoming us and congratulations for the wonderful taste in decoration... Andre

Super Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben zu 6 zwei Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb, mit dem Taxi ist aber alles super erreichbar. Der Pool ist traumhaft, leider ab Mittags (da kein Schatten) sehr warm. Dennoch haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Amazing villa with breathtaking views

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It is well located in top of a hill with breathtaking views of the bay and the islands. Beautiful sunsets. The pool and deck are perfect. The living room and kitchen downstairs are well appointed and Comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs are socious with adjoining clean bathrooms for each. It is an ideal family get away.

A great property but a difficult experience

We may well have been the unluckiest guests staying at this beautiful property. Its location and general description are as described - so no issue there. However during our visit we were beset with a number of issues. Whilst all of these were dealt with reasonably promptly they nonetheless impaired our enjoyment. Firstly Koh Samui is currently suffering daily power shortages and the load shedding occurs abruptly and has no set time. On our arrival we were advised of this and told it would happen daily. As you can imagine this threw our schedule into disarray as we could not with any certainty engage in any light cooking or take showers or enjoy the property which is reliant on AC in the hot weather. We then had an ant infestation and plumbing issues. All of this invariably made this difficult for us. I managed to negotiate a 50 per cent reduction in the energy bill you are asked to pay at the end of your stay. I was however annoyed that Blanka did not respond to my email on this discussion and was left to negotiate this with Roger locally. As he had a £400 cash deposit of mine I would have preferred her to have dealt with this directly with me. In the end we enjoyed Koh Samui but the deficiencies in the property during our visit made it difficult to keep everyone's tempers under control. Until the power issues are sorted the property should be priced to reflect this major downside. .

Tolles Haus, mega Lage, alles einfach nur top!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Ausblick ist einfach nur Atemberaubend!! Wenn Hilfe benötigt war, war diese sofort zur Stelle. Bei der Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht was die Ferien angenehm macht.Es gibt wunderbare bequeme Betten alles von guter und geschmackvoller Qualität Stylische gepflegte Möbel und einen wunderschönen Pool mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen die wir sehr genossen haben.Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr gut und wir haben uns vor Ort wunderbar betreut gefühlt, vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Haus

Fabulous property, well located, spotless and breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa over new year. It was very well located and a short ride away from any of the beaches/ hot spots. Decor has been tastefully chosen and everything is kept very clean and proper. Roger, the house manager, was very helpful and gave very useful info into the ins and outs of the island. He was available whenever we needed and reacted promptly. Blanka too is very prompt in responding and did her best to accommodate us as much as possible with any requests we had. The pool was fabulous and we had incredible views.. the only thing I would fault is that it's mostly in the shade throughout the day. Also the neighbouring apartment is right there and they can see everything you do and vica versa if there is anyone staying there . Grounds were super well maintained though so I have to give this holiday 5 stars... we had a lovely time and were very sad to leave!!

Das Haus ist superschön, sehr grosszügig, modern, sauber und entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer mit bequemen, grossen Betten. Dankbar waren wir über die vielen Decken-Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage. Die grosse, voll ausgestatte Küche lädt zum Kochen ein :) ganz toll war der riesige Kühlschrank. Sehr angenehm war auch der Thaifood Hauslieferdienst, welchen wir ein paar Mal beauftragt haben. Sehr schnell ist man mit dem Auto bei Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Die ruhige Lage am Hang ist super und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf Strand, Palmen und Meer. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell am ruhigen, schönen Sandstrand. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend, freundlich, und unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank! Jeden 2. Tag kam ein Reinigungstrupp welcher sehr speditiv die Reinigung vornahm. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Great Views, Villa is modern and nice

Housekeeping was perfect, don't have a clue what the negative comment came from. My wife and I are pretty picky and it meant our every expectation. Probably do need a car or motorbike, it's about 45 minutes walking to the large beach. Motorbikes are very cheap 100 to 200 Baht per day so worth it. Some construction going on below the villa but that is probably everywhere, does take some of the view away from the beaches to the right. Sunsets are very nice with the western facing infinity pool !! Roger (manages the villa and lives nearby) is very attentive and excellent to work with. Keep an eye on the propane tank under the kitchen cabinet. We were there for a month and went through a little over a bottle. Probably cooked 60 meals so reasonable. If you run out after 6 pm difficult to get a replacement but before that time Roger can get one in 15 minutes. A/V system a little complicated, but seems most are, hopefully a simple set of instructions will be made. The key is finding the correct input on the main TV, once that is done pretty easy. The owner is very attentive to e-mails and questions. All in all a very nice place to stay !!
