Bienvenidos al Paraíso
Fantastica esperiencia, hotel de lujo con un nivel de servicios espectacular, habitaciones súper amplias, con piscina y terraza privada. Un nivel de privacidad muy alto, con continuos detalles, con un personal altamente profesional y siempre con una sonrisa en su boca. Buena cocina y desayuno con amplio bufet en calidad y cantidad. Playa privada y piscina con camas balinesas

Lujo formal a precio excesivo
Estuvimos 6 noches aquí luego de 4 noches en otro hotel. Nos decepcionó la habitación, porque la web daba a entender que era una habitación con vista directa al mar y no era así. Estaba en segunda línea. La habitación tiene piscina, pero no bañera con turbomasaje en el exterior. El exceso de formalidades retrasa el check-in y dificulta el desayuno. El buffet es limitado, y hay que ordenar desde la carta menú lo más importante. Sería mejor poder elegir directamente. La piscina es pequeña y poco atractiva. La playa estuvo sucia con basura varios días. El servicio de atención en la playa es mínimo; hay que buscar toallas personalmente porque una sola persona atiende toda la playa, y sólo entregan una botella de agua por persona por la mañana, sin servir agua fría nunca más. Los precios del restaurante son ridículamente altos. Al menos se puede caminar a restaurantes y comercios cercanos, aunque muy sencillos.

Muy buen Resort Excelente el trato de la Butler CANDY Buscaba de complacer cada pedido , en forma inmediata , y la gente en gral muy dispuesta a dar servicio a los huéspedes Desayuno espectacular , servicio de playa también , Y LA GENTE de koh samui de Tailandia muy amigable con el turista , LUGAR Y HOTEL P/ recomendar y volver

This resort is wonderful! The food is absolutely fabulous. We were there for four nights in off-season and it was quiet and romantic. This is not a party type place-at least when we were there. The staff is so warm and friendly and always smile. They had a party by the pool with great snacks and free drinks and very comfortable atmosphere. I would come back here. There's not much around the resort in terms of shopping or anything so if you want to be in the middle of the action this is not the right place. But if you want a romantic getaway without booming Eurobeats this is it

Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles, which put us in a pleasant mood throughout our stay. We would like to give special recognition to Alex, Dao, C, Wee, Mac, and Glory, as they demonstrated exceptional intelligence, organization, helpfulness, and sincerity. Their service was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We had an excellent experience thanks to the great environment, good facilities, and friendly staff. Big disappointment
We were staying at Vana Belle as our last stay after a month of traveling in Thailand with our child (10 months old) as our only maternity leave together - so it was planned to be something very special. We chose Vana Belle as we thought it would be a great last stay and would turn up the luxury (which we in deed also paid for). Unfortunately, it turned out is was the worst hotel stay of the whole month of traveling (where we stayed at 3, 4 and 5 star hotels). Firstly, it is not at all baby “friendly” as the rooms (we stayed in a jungle pool suite) are very far from the beach and other facilities. A lot of stairs leads to the different facilities, which is not at all suited for children or strollers - and are not convenient for adults either. Secondly, the hotel itself appears old and “messy” with a “brown and purple” theme and it is a massive concrete building. Not charming at all, and the pictures on the webpage, hotels etc. have been very much retouched. The room we had (jungle pool suite) has nothing to do with a “jungle” as you look out on a road with only a small strip of threes, hearing cars (buggies) driving outside very often and noise from people running to/from the breakfast. Thirdly, the pool area and the pool bar have seen better days and could very much need a brush up. The lower apartments further has a very “parking basement”-like entree (see picture). All in all very very disappointing and not at all what we expected!

Service was 15/10. The staff was so attentive. They had a way of anticipating our needs without being intrusive. Great for couples and families. We stayed in Villa 1003, beachfront. Special thanks to Pumm our butler and On our very sweet house keeper. Incredible stay!

We had an amazing stay at Vana Belle, the staff were super friendly and helpful and tended to our every need. The resort itself is in a great location right on the beach and the food at Panali was fantastic. Spa was also great and the gym was very well equipped too. We will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing place with the best most friendly staff I have come across. Just sad I only had 3 days. The rooms plunge pool is the best way to start the day. Also close enough to the bars etc.

Topphotel, servicen var exceptionell. Tex när vi beställde mat så anpassades den efter våra önskemål, trots att det inte fanns på menyn. Ett stort tack till Miss Pumm, och alla som körde fram o tillbaka från vårt rum. Frukost var gudomlig, stort utbud av rätter. Allt beställdes från al carte meny. Maten på både restaurangen var mycket bra. Åker gärna hit igen o snart.

Amazing Hotel & Staff
We had a great experience! The hospitality and customer service was one of the best we have experienced. The resort was nice and the activities and amenities were an added bonus. Our butler Pei Pei was amazing, attentive to our needs and always available when needed. She went above and beyond.

Heaven on earth
Vana Belle exceeded our expectations! My husband and I stayed at Vana Belle for our honeymoon and it was like heaven on earth. We were upgraded to a honeymoon suite and our room was stunning! Our butler Pum was always so helpful and friendly. One night she surprised us with a bubble bath and champagne. I was so blown away with this thoughtful gesture! On Valentine's day the resort offered a special dinner on the beach which was an unforgettable experience! Furthermore, the food at the resort was always delicious. We especially loved breakfast. The pool and beach area was beautiful and well kept. The staff was always so attentive and friendly. Their attention to detail is so impressive! My time at Vana Belle was the best experience of my life. It was true paradise!

カウントダウンの花火はすごい
四年ぶりに訪れた！ お部屋から海の見える部屋で、ベットに寝ていても海が見えるので最高でした。ベットの寝心地、部屋の清掃、サービスは最高です。カウントダウンの花火は目の前のビーチから上がるので、部屋のプールに火の粉が落ちるのではと思うほどに、目の前の大きな花火は人生初体験、！ 年末のガラパーティーのブッフェコースにしたのですが、これはとても残念で、料金とマッチしないから、できればお部屋のルームサービスでもいいかも。 朝食はメニューも豊富で最高レベルです。 坂道を降りたらすぐにビーチで、綺麗で静かなビーチなので、大人の人には適してます！ 街でワイワイとはしゃぐ若者はいないので、大人が安心してゆったり泊まれる最高ホテルと思います！

空港の送迎がわかりにくかった。 お風呂が開放的すぎて娘が使いづらそうだった。 イタリアンレストランが少し日本人には合わない味付 で残念だった。 朝食は美味しかったです。
