It's an old property but it has been well upkept and clean. It is actually in a very good location, far from the noise but close enough to walk to where the action is. Food, drinks and shopping all within walking distance.

Room was amazing spotlessly clean looking on to the beach. Pool was beautiful pool bar brilliant & staff amazing. Only downside was quality of seawater. Bit cloudy & strong smell which wasnt pleasant but this is not the fault of the hotel. Will definitely stay again !!!

This beachfront property is the perfect escape for a truly laid-back vacation. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and the friendly staff made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing atmosphere.

To be honest I was let down by this stay especially the cost. It has seen better days and is showing its age badly It was clean, comfortable bed and linen and the aircon was good Nam the receptionist was good with excellent communication via what’s app On the Sunday the owner was having a private BBQ which just seemed strange and the place was over run by noises children attending the function it’s only a small hotel It needs some cash spent on its decor rusty flexible pipes in the bathroom is not a good look, the cups provided in the room are stained from general use and age and should not be in general use The pool is small but good, the pool furniture also needs an upgrade The staff were polite and worked hard This place has the potential to be an excellent boutique hotel it location is excellent But please please spend some money on it It is so overpriced I am pay less for a luxury hotel on Cheweng

This is an unpretentious, relaxed place to stay. It's not a 5-star establishment, but it isn't pretending to be, and the owners, Chris & Selina, go out of their way to look after their guests. The location is excellent.

Great little property at the end of Fisherman’s Village so it’s quiet. Right on the beach. Very nice and personable owners. Would definitely recommend.

A little gem,

Location is really good, not far from the airport, close to markets, restaurants and bars etc. Bed was comfy, pillows were superb. A little run down, but they are in process of updating. Staff were all brilliant.

Lovely hotel, staff are so helpful nothing was too much trouble. There is a fridge in the room which it helpful. The rooms and area were kept very clean. There is no food at the moment but great little place called the hut opposite. Which is cheaper than the main strip. There is a great night market Monday Wednesday Friday starts at 5 pm worth a visit

Great location

The property itself was in the perfect spot. 3 minute walk to the market and restaurants. The only downside is you don’t get a comforter on the bed, only sheets. There’s a thick wool blanket in the closet but it would have been nice to have a comforter on the bed. The bed itself was large but very hard. Also, maybe this was just because of the location of our room, but we would kill at least 15 mosquitos every time we came back to our room

My NEW favorite place on earth:)

I booked this hotel as a one night stay as I was heading over to Koh Phanagan for 5 nights. Well after a wonderful day at The Waterfront I took my ferry over to new island only to return a day later and stayed an additional 4 nights at The Waterfront. This is the place for me....a wonderful location, great people, sparkling clean rooms. I loved the beach and the pool.....you are actually in the heart of things but don't feel it. It is obviously a great price but to me priceless!!!! Thanks everyone for making me feel safe, welcome and see you next year!!!!

I was wanting to avoid a negative review on this hotel but unfortunately they don’t want to refund me for the 3 nights after I left due to a cockroach infestation in the bathroom. I did my best to accept that it was an old hotel and that there may be some bugs but after 3 days and more and more cockroaches I just couldn’t do it. They were fully aware of the issue and did their best to hide it. When I was first shown my room the person even walked into the room and opened the closed bathroom door to check if there were any bugs in there at the time. I didn’t think much of it to begin with but this is obvious now. It was once a nice hotel I’m sure but the pictures shown just aren’t what it is now unfortunately. I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

The property is in a good area but I got a sea view room and there are no really sea view rooms although it’s in front of the ocean you can barely see it. There was also a construction happening right in front of the property so my view was obstructed by a huge tractor that was quite noisy. The room was somewhat clean but I tried to close the curtains just to realize how moldy it was and I gave up. The staff was excellent tho and they were super friendly and helpful.

Look Somewhere Else

The good. The staff are great and the location terrific. Very nice to be on the beach and the pool next to the beach. Food I had was very good. The bad. Best to called the place tired and wore out. The hot water didn’t work in the shower but they did fix it when asked. The furniture and room needs a good makeover and upgrade. There is no phone or TV in the room. There is no where to sit only a little stool next to a very small working area. My biggest concern was the noise from the van/ bar next door. Very loud and never seemed to be quiet until 11:30 or 12. Not a problem if you are up partying. Not a place to sleep. I would have gone to another hotel after the first night but I had paid for 4 nights. I do not think the good outweighs the bad. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely not stay here again
