The listing was completely off. It stated daily housekeeping, on the beach, with laundry facilities, no mention of extra charges may be incurred regarding electricity use etc. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, they corrected the ‘daily housekeeping’ but the last I looked the rest remained. They offered us an extra clean after one week with no additional charge. We did not have water nor electricity one day as something had broken. We could not use the pool for about 1 week as the pump was broken. Another day the water and electricity was off again and that was due to the city’s broken connection. The good side is the property manager was quick to deal with each issue and very pleasant. However, our stay there was less than optimal as we don’t want to have these issues. The apartment itself was very nice and the cleaning people were good. The pool had a maintenance company 2 x per week. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was okay. The beach is down the road. You have to cross a highway, walk along the highway for a bit and then go through a fence that is slightly ajar, with a sign posted private property-keep out. That’s your entrance. So, definitely nowhere near directly on the beach. The beach was lovely though with sunbeds (old) to rent and food and drinks on offer to purchase. To get anywhere, you have to make your way down the highway for about 1 kilometer before you get a sidewalk. Not ideal without a scooter.
