Facilities old, in need of updating and repair. Beach access decrepit, dangerous. Beach bar in very poor repair, breaking down. Poor, inadequate, forgetful service. Spider, centipedes, mosquitoes in room. Poor towel service. Adequate food. Poor coffee. Poor service follow-through - never received order I placed for kalamae. Not deserving of posted four stars - a one star facility - not recommended

Ett bra nog hotell. Det har säker varit fint en gång i tiden men det ser inte ut att ha underhållits. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående de gånger vi hade ”problem” hjälpte dom oss och löste det ganska omgående. Det vi saknade var en ordentlig pool. Den poolen som fanns va liten och kall att bada i, vi föredrog havet som låg max 50 meter där ifrån.

Eindeutig alles andere als ein Spa.. wer gerne überteuerte Massagen und Behandlungen an der Hauptstraße der Insel bekommen möchte, ist man hier richtig. Schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel allerdings nicht nur aufgrund des Motorenlärms unmöglich, sondern der Thai Boxing Schule die von früh morgens bis spät abends Stunden abhält. Auch mit Ohrenstöpsel findet man schwer Schlaf. Der Strand ist voller Algen, allein die Sitzsäcke sind angenehm. Strandbad ok. Cocktails sehr klein für den Preis. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, gab ein tolles italienisches die Straße hinunter.

1. Our flush never worked. 2. The safe never worked. 3. The toilet had a leak. 4. The Fridge had a leak. 5. The battery of the air con remote needed a change. 6. After a cleaning our room whilst we were out our door was left open. 7. Have no clue on how to make a simple pizza it was a complete joke just flat bread with cheese. The staff from the beach restaurant are nice but sooo lazy and they dont speak english. You have to go to them to take the menu /go back to order/ go back to pay they all talking under the bar. When you want to pay sometimes they ignore you , i was in front of all of them asking the bill no one looked at me.... so i left and pay the day after. After the following they gave us a new room and still we had to move our own things again and recieved no help from the staff by moving our bags. I find this hotel service to be totally unacceptable for the price we paid and i would not advise anyone to go there. The manager as to close and do everything again....

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Bad lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen und die vorhandenen Grünanlagen im Badezimmer werden von jeder Menge Tierchen behaust. Der Pool scheint länger nicht benutzt worden zu sein und wirkt nicht gerade einladend. Das Frühstück ist zwar wenig, aber gut. Die Strandnähe ist toll und die Hoteleigene Beachbar sehr gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch mehr als ungenügend. Wir hatten einen Sparpreis, dafür war es okay.

Clean place with nice bungalows ner the beach. Im pleased with my stay but the photos at the hotels website are a bit misleading, i thought the hotel was at the beach but there is a road between the reception and the bungalows. The breakfast could be better but i ate at a bakery instead. Not much to do in Bang Poh so take taxi to chinatown, bamboo park and maybee eventuellt Chaweng. Near the hotel u can get thaimassage etc and the hotel offers treatments as well. Be prepared to relax when you stay here.

Nice

Very cozy bungalows and that gave a nice jungle feel. Would recommend getting a car as the hotel is tucked away from all of the main attractions. You can also take a tuk-tuk. Nearest bigger city is MaeNam.

Too spoilt elsewhere

The room is beautiful and I loved it but the ambience of the place is lacking. No one seems to care about the place, as in the gardens and the natural environment. When you stay somewhere that keeps the outside environment tidy its hard to feel at home when you are somewhere that looks messy and unkempt. The funny thing is my previous place cost half the price to stay at. Staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Prior to writing my review I read a few others which were not positive... In contrast, I had a great experience with the two best aspects being the friendly staff and of course a nice, clean, sandy beach; only steps away. Most beaches on Samui are rocky or coral; essentially unusable for beach goers. There are many exceptions of course but this is a nice beach for SUP, swimming, and...drinking, with a bar/restaurant on the sand. If you want the Ritz Carlton or Conrad, go there! If you’re looking for a quiet spot, consistent with Thai standards, consider coming here. Positives are certainly location, decent WiFi, price, and serenity. I live just down the beach and needed a place to stay while my home was being rebuilt to a western standards inside. I’m certainly one to appreciate what that means. Natural Wing is a good place and as an added benefit, it’s a landmark location as all of the local taxi drivers know the place, in part due to the good signage out front. Enjoy your stay!

The hotel is small and there are not so many rooms. The beachside is not so nice as the pool side. Tge breakfast was very good and a nice friendly personal. At the morning there's always at 7am a thai boxing exercise so it's too loud in the morning. The room was good but they didn't cleaned the room so good. The hotel is outside the town so you need a car or a motorcycle. But there are two thai Restaurants with nice and friendly people and a good european food. The beach is good for people who want to chill out and often you are alone at the beach

"Not My Thing" Resort

I had high hopes for this place considering they offer detox and weight loss programs, boy was I wrong. First with the good. Kind an helpful staff. Nice ambiance in lobby and restaurant area. Nice yoga area. Now for our experience...our taxi driver dropped us off and all we could see were rooms and no check in area. After a few minutes of searching, we ran into a guest who let us know it was across the street and about 50 ft down the road. A sign letting guests know would be nice in case their taxi drops them off on the wrong side. Next we're greeted by the super awesome staff who helped check us in. We get our room, which we immediately notice smells like mold. They offered to switch us out into another room, which also smelled moldly. We opted to keep all the windows open and put a fan in the window to cycle in fresh air. The bed looked like a king bed, instead, two twin beds stuck together. Considering this was my honeymoon, I was not too thrilled. Being vegetarian, I did not think I would have a problem ordering healthy food at a health resort. This was not the case. For dinner, my main option was curry with tofu and rice. They didn't even put vegetables in the curry. Their salad was lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with mayo as dressing. For breakfast, when we asked for veggie omelet instead of meat, we got an omelet with just egg. This is NOT up to part with the standards of any resort advertising "health". We only stayed 2 of the 3 nights we paid for.

Disappointing

Swimming pool dirty so couldn't use. Beach bar left filthy from night before. Curtains to small for window, so felt uncomfatable getting changed and in bed. Detox hotel but when I asked for fruit for breakfast only had Apple and orange. Road really busy and noisy also not easy to cross to beach. No sign of security on gate when I returned home late, anyone could walk in! Left one night early. Really disappointed stayed 8 years previously and was great, but run down and needs a good refurb!

Zašlá sláva u pláže

Hotel měl svá nejlepší léta daleko za sebou. Z našich bungalovů na pláž jen 10 m a do obchůdku 20,stejne blízko i do nejbližší občerstvovny. Na pobyt tak Max. 3 dny v pohodě, jinak v místě se nic nedělo. Snídaně v místním standardu.
