Living & Dining

The open-plan living area is warm, welcoming, and full of natural light. Sliding glass doors open wide to let in fresh sea breezes, connecting the indoors seamlessly with the terrace. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table with the whole group, or dine outside on the terrace with panoramic views of the bay. Your private chef takes care of everything — from fresh local seafood and Thai classics to lazy, indulgent breakfasts at sunrise.

Pool & Outdoor Spaces

The infinity pool stretches out toward the breathtaking views of Chaweng Bay — floating in the water, you feel like you are swimming straight into the horizon. Multiple terraces offer sun loungers for lazy afternoons, shaded corners for quiet reading, and cozy spots for starlit evenings. Lush tropical gardens surround the villa, giving you complete privacy and a true sense of escape.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance: This villa has a dedicated on-site housekeeper (daytime hours) who will ensure the villa is kept clean. Please note the there is no onsite service on Sunday, and this reflects a discounted rate. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Breakfast and Private Chef: Daily breakfast prepared by our Villa Attendant is included with the stay. A choice of main plate from our menu is included for each person along with a selection of sides. Any other meals can be prepared at request between 8am and 5pm but guests must pay for the cost of groceries +20%. Dinner can be prepared for an additional fee if requested. If you have any dietary restrictions please inform us so accommodations can be made. Please note that on Sundays, there is no chef service and a pre-prepared meal will be offered.

Utilities: Normal usage of water and electricity are included in your stay.

Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 10.000 (ten thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
