Lo mejor el personal

Escogí este hotel porque decía que estaba 0,2 km de Maenam Pier y como quería descansar antes de cog er el barco a Koh Phangan. Para mí sorpresa me dicen q está a diez min en taxi. No tienen cortinas opacas. Baño un poco viejito. A destacar la amabilidad de su personal en especial la camarera que al tener un horario muy limitado la recepción me ayudó en todo lo que necesité como reservarme un taxi al puerto. Desayuno bueno.

should not allow people to smoke in restaurant

The room was way small for a couple,at first get in the room we notice that they are renovating the room for painting because we still smell get in the room and hardly to sleep,the place is near at the beach front,the staff is very friendly and they speak good english as well.the restaurant should have designated area for smoking,because for me its not polite to others to be involved in their smoking.Over all the place was great and nice garden view.

Der Chef dieser Unterkunft ist sehr unfreundlich zu seinen Hotelgästen nicht zu seinen Restaurant Gästen... und seine Anlage ist es nicht Wert, nochmals dort hin zu reisen. Den Bungalow Nr. 9 sollten Sie meiden. Im Eck neben dem Bett an der Wand ist Schimmel und der roch auch nicht gut, die Matratze ist eine Federkern bei der man jede Feder spürt, das Badezimmer, ohne Worte sehen sie selber an den Fotos. Wir hatten viel Zeit uns mit anderen Gästen zu unterhalten und ich habe keine kennen gelernt die noch einmal her kommen würde, außer Franzosen. Ab ca. 17:00 Uhr gibt es nichts mehr zu essen und Abends muss man ins Nachbarhotel den dieses Restaurant oder Bar ist geschlossen.... Sie sollten sich diese Anlage genauer anschauen, denn all die Angaben im Internet stimmen nicht wirklich.... Ich bin hier sicher nicht der erste Kunde der diese Anlage so sieht, sehen sie sich mal auf anderen Plattform um und wenn man sich beschwert, hat dieser Chef immer eine Ausrede...bei Ihm sind immer die anderen die blöden....Diese Anlage war mein größter Griff ins Klo....Sorry... Es gib bessere, gleich neben an und noch günstiger....Das Hotel mag ok sein bei 2 Nächten aber wir waren 18 Tage da und wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Zum Glück ging es danach noch 10 Tage in eine andere Anlage, wir sind oft in Thailand jedes Jahr für 28 Tage aber das war das schlimmste was wir je gesehen haben.Mehr Aufenthaltsdatum: Januar 2020

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal und gute Ausstattung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt aber auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Great place to relax on a transit

Great bang for buck. Very easy access to the beach, convenient distance from eateries and supermarkets. Condition a little run down, but all in all a great experience. everyone was also super nice, and an extra day was arranged easily.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Mooi gelegen direct aan het strand. We kregen een upgrade naar het huisje direct aan het strand met vol zicht op De zee. Dit was zeer attent aangeboden. De staat van het huisje is wat je mag verwachten voor de prijs. De staat van de handdoeken en stranddoeken en die van het bedhoes waren ondermaats. De handdoeken dienen vernieuwd te worden en de hoeslakens eveneens. Het resort ligt in een rustig deel van Samui.

Kein Paradies, zu teuer, renovierungsbedürftig !!!

5 Tage im Hacienda Beach Garden Bungalow. Ein Low-Season-Angebot, aber dennoch kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Bungalow war schön hinter dem Rezeptionshaus gelegen, privater Zugang vom Parkplatz. Der Bungalow war durch ein Vorhängeschloss gesichert, weil das Türschloss schon länger kaputt zu sein schien. Der Bungalow wirkte recht abgewohnt. Das Zimmer ganz nett, alter Röhrenfernseher und winziger Kühlschrank, winziger Safe. Der kleine Kühlschrank war voll mit Getränken des Hotels zu überteuren Preisen. Eine Flasche Wasser für 50 Baht. Im letzten Hotel das 6er- Pack für 45 Baht. Wir haben alles ausgeräumt und unsere Sachen in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die Dusche furchtbar, ein Rinnsal Wasser aus dem Duschkopf, ein uralter Halter für die Brause, welcher gleich abfiel. Hier wurde schon jahrelang nicht mehr renoviert. Die Handtücher müffelten jeden Tag nach einmaliger Benutzung. Die Preise auf der Frühstücks- und Abendkarte völlig überteuert fürs Thaifood. Am Strand kam sofort jemand vom Restaurant, der eine Bestellung annehmen wollte. Ein langes Gesicht, als keine Bestellung erfolgte. Nur ein konsumierender Gast ist ein gern gesehener Gast, hatte man den Eindruck. Der Strand ganz nett, aber nicht einer unserer Traumstrände auf Koh Samui. Insgesamt eine mittelmäßige Erfahrung. Wiederkommen werden wir nicht, da bekommt man anderorts viel mehr für sein Geld. Selbstbild und Fremdbild stimmen hier schon lange nicht mehr überein.

Perfect one night stay over in Maenam before catching the ferry to Koh PhangAn. Great service. Good Food. Nice prices. Keep the bathroom door closed. The "vent" is a corrugated plastic cover that allows bugs inside. The hotel is a beautiful location off the crazy main road. Plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. Staff is so great and the food is good at the hotel.

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Très propre et très bonne cuisine thaï. L'emplacement est super (bord de mer) avec une belle vue... j’ai passé un très bon séjour avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Rude Staff & Dishonest Room Descriptions

One of the worst experiences I have had at a resort in Thailand. The staff were extremely rude. The room, which was advertised as a sea view room did not have one. They overcharged for everything. There are too many nice hotels in Koh Samui to entrust your holiday to these dishonest, rude people

Am Strand ist es sehr eng - Abstand und Zwischenraum der Liegen Insgesamt ist Mae Nam überlaufen. Die Ausschilderung der Anlage von der Hauptstraße ist falsch (entgegen der Richtung der Einbahnstraße ).

Leuke locatie, direct aan het strand. Mooi uitzicht. Schone kamer voorzien van AC en ventilator. Restaurant sluit echter reeds om 17.00 maar op 50 m van het resort bevind zich een heel goed restaurant.

quiet location - perfect for some R&R.

Hacienda Beach was great, the beach is beautiful and was nice and quiet during my stay. the staff at Hacienda beach were great and very helpful organising transport around the island and serving great banana pancakes for breakfast. there are a number of great beach side bars and restaurants to be found walking along the beach when you need a break from the sun.

Superb service

Vi boede to nætter på Hacienda Beach. Hotellet består af små bungalow, har sin egen strand og lille restaurant. Overordnet et meget dejligt ophold. Super service fra booking, hvor personalet hurtigt tog kontakt via e-mail og var hjælpsomme med at arrangere transport. Værelserne har en passende størrelse og den lille restaurant har et bredt udvalg af både lokale og primært franske retter. Samtidig har restauranten udsigt over stranden. Vandet på Mae Nam strand er meget dejligt og har en god dybde til at svømme i. Området omkring Hacienda Beach er fyldt med en masse små restauranter og butikker. Et super godt område at tage udgangspunkt fra hvis man vil opleve lidt mere at Samui's nordkyst.

The curtains were falling down, there was no food service of an evening, no room service, aircon was badly situated so you either froze or turned it off and with no ventilation it was awful. A padlock to close your door, the lights went out so quickly you could not see to lock the door with the padlock.. It was the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in in fact I had better hotels back in the seventies when there was proper customer service..In fact although I had prepaid I could not wait to leave and left the next day. I have travelled since the sixties and visited Samui several times and before there was an airport so my experience has never been as bad as this so called "Hotel". Also they claimed there was a television but there was so much interference you could not see the screen. A real waste of money.

Hübsche Bungalow Anlage direkt am Strand

15 Tage in dieser süssen Garten Anlage vergingen wie im Fluge. Wir hatten: Sehr freundliches Personal Tägliche Zimmer reinigung Genügend Liegen und Schirme am schönen Strand. Lecker Cocktails und zB Pizza auch am Strand!

Traumhaft schön direkt am Strand

Eine sehr schöne, angenehm ruhige Bungalowanlage direkt am Strand. Kein Remmi-Demmi, kein Halli-Galli, sondern einfach nur Urlaub im Paradies. Entspannung perfekt. Sehr gutes Restaurant, auch nebenan für Abwechslung. Wir haben leider das unglaubliche Sauwetter zum Jahreswechsel 2016-2017 erwischt, aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder ins Hacienda - und das soll hier wirklich etwas heißen!!! Aber für das Wetterpech trägt das Hotel keine Verantwortung. Im Gegenteil, als wegen der Überschwemmungen kein Taxi mehr fahren konnte, hat man uns einen Geländewagen organisiert, der uns zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Danke!!

Location and beach great but not the rooms

Room was full of ants and mosquitos, bed came with only a sheet which made it cold even though we're in Thailand, the bed was uncomfortable, and the wifi unreliable.
