El hotel no es un hotel lujoso, las fotos del spa son engañosas, el desayuno es muy bueno pero el menú de comida y cena es caro y malo.

Reception staff were about as bad is it gets. Just blank looks and stared at you as if they couldn't speak English but they knew exactly what I was saying they just didn't want to help. I've travelled a lot and never experienced that before. Maybe more trianing or supervision required from management. Bar staff, waitresses and groundsmen were nice and friendly though.

Die Lage ist- vorausgesetzt, man mietet sich ein Moped- gut: zwischen den Stränden Lamai und Chaweng und spektakulär in einer felsigen Bucht gelegen. Der Infinity-Pool ist wohl relativ neu und sehr schön angelegt mit tollem Ausblick auf die Bucht und über das Meer! Die Cocktails sind gut und zur happy hour bezahlbar. Positiv ist auch zu bewerten, dass sich die Gäste eine Schnorchelausrüstung (von denen es allerdings nicht viele gibt) kostenlos ausleihen können. Negativ fällt der Zustand der Wasserleitungen, bzw. der Wasserdruck aus; die Dusche tröpfelt eher und nach kurzer Zeit kommt aus den veralten und verkalkten Leitungen nur noch eiskaltes Wasser. Beeilung ist hier angesagt! Ebenso sind die allgemein zugänglichen Toiletten kaum zu spülen, da der fehlende Wasserdruck das Wasser in der Schüssel nicht richtig ablaufen lässt. Enttäuschend war für uns persönlich auch die Tatsache, dass wir nach unserem Hotel-Abendessen, bei dem wir für ca. 100 € gegessen und getrunken hatten, nach einer Packung Orangensaft fragten und uns diese für 250 THB (ca. 7,50 €) verkauft wurde- kein wirklich guter Gästeservice und kein guter Stil für ein 4-Sterne-Resort! Insgesamt konnten wir uns des Eindrucks nicht erwehren, dass die Eigentümer der Anlage, die vor Jahren bestimmt hervorragend war, diese nun ohne grosse Investitionen "herunterleben" lassen und jedes Baht herauspressen wollen. Schade eigentlich.

Secluded Cliff accommodation with amazing ocean vi
Cluster of individual villas and some rooms in an elevated position overlooking a dramatic coastline with huge rocks, a small private beach and lashing waves. 2 lovely swimming pools, one an infinity pool overlooking views of ocean below. Hotel was a bit run down in places probably due to Covid situation and lacked a holiday spirit. Breakfast was basic. There was a lack of service although the small number of waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly snd obliging. Room was clean and tidy. Room service was good. Quite an isolated position on a main road with no immediate restaurants unless you take a taxi or walk on a busy road with no real pavement.

My wife and I had Enjoyed 3 wonderful days and nights here. Beautiful view from our room. The Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The food was also delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Posizione stupenda,spiaggia tra le piu belle anche se non adattissima ai bambini per via delle onde.Hotel molto pulito colazione molto abbondante e varia, con ristorante in posizione fantastica con vista sulla piscina e mare,cena con vasta scelta tra thai e internazionale e anche pasta e pizza anche non li ho assaggiati

Such an amazing hotel with beautiful views out to see. Definitely worth getting a sea view villa for the breathtaking views. Staff are super friendly, hotel is well located for visiting other areas if you hire a car or scooter. The only thing I would say is that the sea is quite rough so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming here - but plenty of other beaches you can go and visit!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits. Ohne einem Fahrzeug kommt man nirgends hin. Es gibt zwar ein Pool, aber am Abend möchte man hinaus und zu Fuß ist alles weit weg. Ansonsten ist die Anlage okay. Die Preise fürs Trinken sind teuer gegenüber den anderen Hotels daneben.

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war einzigartig, direkt auf die Bucht und die Palmen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist da am richtigen Ort. Sonst nimmt mal hald das Taxi, in 10 Min. ist man im nächsten, grösseren Ort. (Lamai oder Chaweng)

Schöner Blick aufs Meer, aber das war auch alles
Die Superior-Zimmer verdienten ihren Namen nicht. Das Alter war dabei nicht entscheidend. Ich hatte trotz Beschwerde nur einmal warmes Wasser, bei einem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt. Kaum Wasserdruck nur ein Rinnsal aus den alten Armaturen. Eine Zumutung! Eine Regendusche war avisiert worden. Allerdings, sehr sauber das Zimmer und Super-Blick vom Pool aufs Meer. Cocktails schlecht und teuer. Planter‘s Punch: künstlicher Geschmack, Brandy Alexander: Brauner Schnaps mit Wasser! Fast voll zurück gegangen, keinerlei Frage, warum? Lage nicht gut, kommt nur mit Fahrzeug weg. Aber geschickt dabei aus Sch.... Gold zu machen. Schlechte Lage, die die dann im Hotel essen, müssen relativ hohe Preise zahlen. Allerdings, war das Essen ganz ok. Fast nie waren Handtücher für den Pool vorhanden.

The property was not what we expected, the WiFi and hot water went down and there was no notification. We were left puzzled and when asking the staff what the update was, they were rude and acting as if we were a burden. They also claimed on new year's eve they had no iron facilities for me to iron my shirt, then I hear from another guest at a hotel they got an iron the same day. The staff are poor and their attitude is worse, they claimed to be apologetic but you could tell it was not sincere. At the end of the trip when we were checking out, we raised this with the manager and all we received was a fake apology and after 25 mins of going back and forth we managed to get 20% of the final bill.

Die Außenanlagen, der Strandbereich und nicht zuletzt die Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool entsprechen nicht einer entsprechenden Hotelklassifizierung. Nicht genutzte Baumaterialien, provisorische Sichtplanen sowie ein Strandbereich voller Schmutz und Müll - so sollte es in keinem Hotelbereich aussehen. Die Aufleger der Poolliegen sind teilweise so verschmutzt, dass man sich trotz Handtuch auf diesen nicht wohlfühlt. Darüber hinaus gab es Handtücher am Pool während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes an genau zwei Tagen - das geht einfach nicht.

Amazing stay!
Well we booked a jacuzzi room at first but after few minutes in the room we decided we cannot stay because too much noise from main road so we asked hotel for another room we choose 106 need upgraded 4000 THB the room is absolutely quiet just upper amazing beach, beautiful cabana all in wood but with all the confort and amazing balcony on the sea! personal are super friendly but 1 negative point they didn't tell me the airport transfert wasn't free of charge I was little bit annoying about that they should mentioned the price prior! another point they should more effort to clean the beach little bit plastic ( but not in the sea!) so I think we ll back here if possible!

The resort is very well situated offering everything you need for a relaxed gateway. The free breakfast and the restaurant food was amazing (even though they were a bit pricy compared tp other Thai restaurants) We booked the Jakuzzi room and we stayed there for four nights. The room was spacious clean and with hot water. The only disadvantage I could find was that the bathroom did not have any glass windows and therefore the room was noisy and hot. I would suggest for the room to be advertised as a bungalow and not a hotel room. The staff was really helpful,polite and always happy to help.

I liked the pleasant surroundings of the Hotel and the only thing I didn't like was that you needed a vehicle to visit Lamai or Chaweng.

Terrific view of the sea. Room was well appointed. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel arranged a car rental on the spot. Beach itself is a little underwhelming, so having transport is helpful to getting the most.

Great hotel. Not in the crowded chaweng area and few minutes drive to lamai area. Nice infinity pool;) Very clean. Had a room with perfect sea view. Great private beach down a minute walk.

Great views and friendly staff. Location is very good, between Chaweng and Lamai. Easy to get around in taxi or tuk Would recommend and stay at again. Some of the fried food at breakfast buffet upset my stomach, and I would ask to be in one of the modern, renovated rooms.

Beautiful property with large comfy rooms and amazing ocean views. The pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers and a view of the ocean. I found the staff less welcoming and friendly when compared to other Thai hotels. Also the location is not walking distance to any shops or restaurants, however you can take one of the “buses” that loop around the island and get to a 7-eleven for about 50 baht per person.
