Habitación espaciosa y buenos servicios!
Un mágnifico hotelito que cuenta con playa privada (No en frente, pero te trasladan gratuitamente aunque hay mejores en la isla) La gente de servicio muy amable y sonriente a todas horas y serviciales. Buen desayuno bufet y gran ubicación. Necesitarás un transporte propio si quieres hacer vida en la isla aunque ellos cuentan con un transporte gratuito hacia el centro comercial más importante de Koh Samui. La habitación era espaciosa y todas dan a la piscina pero OJO! no tiene acceso directo a ella! Eso sólo lo tienen las villas! Una gran opción para disfrutar la isla!

It was beautiful, both myself and my boyfriend had the most amazing time, we loved the private pool, the bed was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was lovely! We will be returning.

War sicherlich mal ein nettes Hotel, nur sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Instandhaltung ist nicht die stärke der Betreiber! Vorhang mit Faustgroßen Löchern lädt nicht unbedingt zum verweilen ein. Bett und Matratze, wobei man muss eher sagen auf dem Bett war ein Brett mit Bettwäsche. Lage an der Hauptstraße, Verkehr ein Wahnsinn, zum Strand nur mit Shuttlebus. Frühstück spärlich, aber vorhanden.Haben das Hotel gewechselt. Was haben wir daraus gelernt, Billig ist meist Teuer. Auch in Thailand ist die zweite Reihe zwar billiger aber nichts für empfindliche.

You have a hotel-provided free transportation system that takes you conveniently to the center and some beautiful beaches on the island. The staff was very attentive and very nice. The pool area was very relaxing. Great stay overall.

Nice quiet location transport a small problem even though hotel has a restricted shuttle service great pool and restaurant area parking available bed lumpy asked for a topper and was on bed within minutes however it was flock style which even though much more comfortable the springs still pushed through but it was bearable

Stayed for 2 nights with our grown children. Clean and friendly. Pool was nice too. Situated on a steep hill so we caught a taxi very easily and cheaply. We used the shuttle to the private beach which was lovely.

Okej hotell i utkanten av Chaweng
Ligger vid en stor väg så det är väldigt svårt att komma någonstans genom att gå. Sängarna och kudden var stenhårda, rummen är också lyhörda. Frukosten är okej, och personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. On-site restraunt and bar was great. We stayed in a pool villa, very spacious lovely tub/shower. Pool was great and pretty private. The location is good but not for pedestrian traffic at all, need rental or taxi to get anywhere. Chaweng Beach is beautiful. The matress was pretty hard though, Only complaint.

一か月の間滞在したが、フロントスタッフ、部屋設備、清掃スタッフなど全体的には問題なかった。ただし、滞在する他の客のレベルが低く、深夜に大音響で音楽を流す若者たち、プールサイドでプール時間外の夜中に飲酒して騒いだり泳いだりする人たち、ベランダで夜通し大声でおしゃべりをする女性たち、仲間の部屋を訪れる時に部屋のドアを夜中であろうとガンガンと叩く人、などのマナー違反が多く、快適なホテルライフは送れなかった。こちらからフロントに苦情を言った一回以外は、それらのルール違反に対してホテルは全く対応せず、４星ホテルとは思えなかった。 また最悪であったのは、レストランスタッフの中年女性に、不愉快極まりない人間としてあり得ない差別的態度をとられたこと。怒りを通り越し悲しくなって、すぐにレストランマネージャーとフロントに苦情を言ったが、フロントスタッフからの謝罪はあったが、本人からの謝罪はなく、その後平然と勤務を続けていたのは許せなかった。 定期的にサムイを訪問するので、次の長期滞在も予定しているが、このホテルは施設や他のスタッフの対応等は問題ないが、あの差別的態度をする女がいる限り、ここに滞在することはないだろう。

5 night stay in a 1 bed pool villa
Lovely place to stay for an excellent price. We stayed in a pool villa that was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with fresh eggs made to order and there are plenty of excelle t restaurants to eat at close by if you dont want to eat at their restaurant.which was also very good. The only down side to the pool villa was that for privacy they have bushes surrounding the pool and outside area. Fine in the day as it doesnt impact the sun, but at night you get alot of insects. The beach is also a 3 minute walk away and was stunning with an excellent bar and restaurant. Overall this was a fanatstic hotel and location for us and would recommend people stay here if you want to be slightly away from chaweng.

Lugnt och skönt , nära till stranden dock måste en väg passeras som ibland kan var en del trafik på.Bekvämt med fri transport till centrala Chaweng. Som vanligt i Thailand mycket trevlig personal.

Es ist sehr ruhig , jedoch am Strand der nur 3 Min entfernt ist , immer bzw jeden tag Partys leider Fast nur Thais , aber die Unterkunft ( Pool Villa ) ist einfach der Hammer !!! eignet sich Perfekt für Verliebte und das Personal kümmert sich sehr gut um die Wünsche von jemandem. Preis leistung stimmt sehr !! Frühstück und Essen ist Lecker !! Ps: Für Familien oder Ältere Leute sehr gut geeignet

Wir hatten die Pool Villa, sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit eigenem Pool einem großen Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, 2 Bäder zustellbetten. Eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Negativ war die Klimaanlage die doch sehr laut war. Hier und da könnte mal etwas saniert werden, aber im großen und ganzen ist es sehr zu empfehlen. Die Große Straße die am Hotel vorbei führt, fanden wir nicht als Störend.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location is actually very good though it took us a few days to orientate ourselves on the scooters to know this. Poolside is wonderful & the food at the restaurant was very good the one night we stayed in.

When I booked this I did not realize it was on the main road around the island. I should have done more homework on google maps. It was noisy from the traffic, the hotel was doing construction next door and the beach they shuttle you to across the street was dirty with garbage and plastic brought in by the waves. It was the end of the rainy season so that was a factor. You definitely need a motorcycle or car to get anywhere. THe pool at the hotel is nice but breakfast if not in your plan is expensive. The rooms were a good size and had free coffee and tea and kettle and frig in it, but I would not stay here again.

Place was Empty. I know it’s the slow season but why do they up charge on everything. Do not book your planning here go into town. Breakfast was the same everyday. The GM was amazing though will miss him.

Location close to the beech but very poor access for people walking (no footpaths) picture opposite does not reflect the normal hotel pool. Busy road to cross to get to the beech. No hot water feed to wash basin in our room 1307

The picture does NOT represent the real property. It was old, rundown and in repair. Much of the resort was closed. It was not close to any shops or amenities and was situated on a terribly busy road, with no footpaths and no way to cross the road to investigate the beach, in the distance. Clearly this is a property under renovation, partially closed and should not be rented to the public. Food was cold, unappealing and very limited. Breakfast was appalling. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. The seemed uninterested and only spoke broken English. The bath/shower was most dangerous with the sides of the bath being too tall, which made entry and exit impossible. The linen was threadbare and very old. No table or chair in the room. All in all the property was NOT AT ALL as we had seen on advertising!

Needs some love, staff were overall lovely
Location was away from everything, but the shuttle provided to town was very useful. We ended up arriving a day late for our 3 day booking. We didn’t have a contact email for the property and didn’t call in case they cancelled our whole booking (due to loss in translation). The woman who checked us in asked why we were late, which put me off. The villas would have been brilliant when new. We saw 2 (as travelling with another family. Both were tired, sun beds rotting and the cushions were cracked and badly stained. I didn’t like that the living area had no curtains / blinds. It meant anyone passing the gate or coming to the door could see you in the bedroom if the door was open, which it was as travelling with young children. The bathrooms needed updating, as do the soft furnishings and decoration. Our en-suite shower was stained at the bottom of the wall and the tiles were covered with a mildew / mould In one area. On the positive side, They had very kindly left us a little honeymoon cake in our fridge when we arrived. Very kind and a lovely gift. The staff on reception were great and very helpful - calling a take-away for us one night and requesting we could speak to an English speaking staff member to place a food order. Needs seem love to bring up to standard again.

Deluxe Suite Pool Villa
The room is clean with your own small pool. It’s a huge unit with microwave and fridge in house. There’s some missing tiles in the pool-some of the areas are sharp and my child had a small cut at the ankle. All the staffs are very courteous and friendly. Nothing much around the area but the restaurant is self sufficient. Food and drinks are reasonably charged and the food is tasty. The only setback was the breakfast - limited selection.

Like: master room (& bathroom) and living area are spacious; the pantry with microwave oven is helpful for families; swimming pool is not exceptional big but still in a right size; location is not bad - THB3-400 to almost everywhere. Didn't like: the TV could have been bigger (given the living area is so big...); Food choices of breakfast is rather limited and quality is just so-so; 2 out of 3 air-conditioners had water leakages and I made many of our stuffs on table wet including our iPad. But the most critical critics I have would be its staffing/services - the staff were not particularly proactive / cannot show much hospitality. E.g. when we informed the front desk about the water leakage, they sounded didn't really want to bother and didn't apologize whatsoever - which is a little bit of surprise to us, as if we were the one who give them troubles! And some of the housekeeping staff were not very friendly too and never greet when they run into hotel guests. Quite unusual as compared to our impression to Thailand... Hotel shuttle (paid) to Fishermen Village, refuses to drop us off at the center of villa but instead, just drop us outside the entrance, whereas other taxi (same price/cheaper) we hired would have dropped us inside. I tried to ask, but the driver just said No. Well, it's fine, just another 10 minutes walk. To conclude, it is what it is. It is not an expensive 5-stars resort, so I'd say it meets my expectations, but no further.

Never living in this villa again
The villa should be 3 star or below because the air conditioner is very noise and poor sound insulation. Always heard humming at midnight and something drop down on the floor in upper room.
