Communication with host was very good.Lovely spacious villa right on the beach in a nice quiet part of the island, quite a few eating options, all within a 15-20 min walk. Cleaners came to the villa every day and did a fantastic job.For those looking to have a busier day there are plenty of taxis and buses to get around the island- this balance of quiet base and visiting busier areas worked for us well.An observation - there is an electricity charge to pay on checkout - on the VRBO listing it’s noted that all costs are covered, so the listing should perhaps be updated for clarity. Overall a very nice relaxing stay and would book again if returning to Samui.

Nachbar hat ganzen Tag auf Terrasse in voller Lautstärke mit Dolby-Surround-Anlage Filme angesehen, anderer Nachbar hat Dach mit Schremmhammer & Winkelschleifer saniert, 100 m weiter am Strand gelegener „Massageclub" hat bis 3 Uhr wummernde, basslastige Musik gepielt.Der Pool & Haus schon abgewohnt. Im Pool Fliesen abgeblättert / zerbrochen, kein Fugenfüller mehr da, die mal vorhandene Luftstromanlage – bzw. der bei FeWo-direkt beworbene – Whirlpool wurde demontiert / nicht vorhanden.Die Betonsäulen, welche die obere Terrasse stützen, sind bereits gebrochen!!Alle Zimmer sind nur von außen begehbar, d. h. bei Regen, geht man bei den oberen Zimmern im Nassen.Klimaanlage & Deckenventilator im Zimmer sind sehr laut (man kann sie in der Nacht nicht laufen lassen)Fernseher zwar vorhanden, aber nirgends angeschlossen (ev. USB-Stick mitnehmen).Der Hometrainer auf der Terrasse ist lebensgefährlich (derartig verrostet, dass er umkippt, wenn man ihn berührt).Alles in allem KEINE Empfehlung – am schlimmsten fand ich aber den Dolby-Surround-Nachbarn!Positives: Generell großzügig gebaut, Eiskasten ist groß, Küche ist okay & gut ausgestattet, Außenküche auch ok, 3 Toiletten haben Bidetfunktion (wobei diese aber nur bei 2 funktionierten), geräumige Zimmer,Parkplatz vorm Haus. Reinigungsservice & Poolservice gut organisiert & sehr freundlich. Housemanager (Chris & co) sind sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wäscheservice & Wasserlieferung haben gut geklappt.

Great beach location

Lovely detached beachfront property with small pool and jacuzzi. Clean , well maintained. The beach is very quiet and very safe for small children , not very good for swimming and water shoes are ideal for the coral . There are a few restaurants along the beach . And a 7/11 not too far away .

Delightful property

Roberto was an excellent host and very accommodating and flexible as our plans changed because of covid-19. His staff was excellent as well, and property is very nice. We would definitely return

Beautiful spot at the beach

We, a family with 2 adult children, had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house on the beach with a swimming pool. You can't have it any better, it was really amazing. We have been on Koh Samui before but then in the southwest of the island. The house is spacious and has 3 bedrooms including bathroom and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own entrance which offers a lot of privacy, but this may be less suitable with small children. We have practically no use of the living room because every evening we sat outside on our terrace and enjoyed the beautiful views of the sea and the islands across the sea. Every morning the very friendly staff came to sweep the place and every 3 to 4 days the bedlinen was changed. The open kitchen was well equipped with all you need, there was even a water cooler present. We even used the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen once. The complex consists of a number of villas, bordered with an apartment complex. In the middle there is a large swimming pool. In front of our house were canoes which we could use. At 5 minutes walking distance from the beach you can enjoy a massage. A car at this place is recommended although the most necessary such as a supermarket, a fruit stable, a laundry and many restaurants are within walking distance. The best restaurants are seen from the villa in the western direction and easy to walk from the beach. For fresh bread we drove every morning to a French bakery in Mae Nam (approx. 12 min drive). Also visit the evening markets in the so-called Walking Streets that alternate every day in the villages like Mae Nam, Naton & Bophut. Roberto, thank you again for your hospitality, thanks to our very pleasant stay in your house, has made our holiday unforgettable.
