There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

"We stayed there for 16 days. It was very pleasant, and the washing machines in the basement were a lifesaver, as we were there in August. Since I have allergies I had to cook my own food, the selection of kitchen utensils is very good. The owner is easy to reach, and he's happy to help with any questions. Thanks for the stay."
