llegue antes de la hora del check in y me hicieron esperar alegando que la habitacion no estaba preparada. Hasta ahi lo entiendo pero al llegar la hora del poder entrar ni siquiera tuvieron el detalle de avisarme y eso que estaba alli sentada

No heating in the rooms
The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?
