toller Balkon , tolle Aussicht, Küche gut ausgestattet, Haustierfreundlich, Schlafzimmer unten etwas eng. Bewegungsmelder prinzipiell gut- besser abschaltbar um Störungen in der Nacht zu vermeiden.
