We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone and we live close by. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay.
🏖️ Neighborhood: This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike/walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes, & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers. Also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. Downtown is 2.5 miles and Safeway is 1 mile.
🚘 Parking: There`s plenty of complimentary parking on site. We always recommend our guests rent a car to be fully flexible and independent TURO is a good rental option for cars.

We love our furry friends and understand how important it is to travel with them. We’ve always tried to accommodate families with pets, but recent experiences have led us to make some changes to ensure our properties remain in top condition for all guests.
While we understand the joy of traveling with pets, some guests have caused excessive clean up and damage. This affects future guests who expect a clean, well-maintained space upon their arrival.
To address this, we’re now considering pets on a case-by-case basis. If you’re planning to bring your pet, please contact us before booking for written approval. There’s a $150 pet fee, payable through our guest portal, and a rental agreement to sign.
