This vacation rental was just right. Very cozy. Clean and well appointed. Our host was excellent. The house was situated just out of town and very peaceful. I would surely stay there again. Mahalo nui! We had a great time.

This is a beautiful cabin in the woods overlooking the lake. It is well maintained, clean and well stocked with all you need for cooking and enjoying the solitude of the woods by the warmth of a fire.

This cabin was very cozy and provided everything we needed to make ourselves at home during our stay. It was well stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need to fully embrace our time at the cabin and for our ventures in Kodiak.

This cabin was incredibly cozy and well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen—along with the rest of the house—was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home.The location was perfect: conveniently close to Walmart and Safeway, yet tucked away enough that it truly felt like a secluded Alaskan retreat. Looking out the windows, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery that gave us that amazing feeling of being deep in the Alaskan woods.The homeowner was wonderful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay. We looked at many places before booking, and we’re so glad we chose this one. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Kodiak. It exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we have the opportunity to visit!

We thoroughly enjoy the house it was very clean and quiet. Communication between us and the owners was good. They allowed us a little extra time to check out. The view was amazing. I would book this house again.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and cozy. The appliances appeared to be new and everything worked perfectly. It was also very nice that essentials like coffee filters trash bags kitchen supplies laundry detergent were all provided. The cabin is located in a neighborhood but felt private and secluded from the back porch which overlooks Island lake. We usually stay at a remote cabin but I now prefer a place like this due to the convenience to the harbor and restaurants. This cabin will be at the top of our list for future visits to Kodiak.

Caden (sp?), Avery and Sadie greeted us when we drove up and kindly helped take our bags inside. The house was gorgeous and stocked with everything anyone would need. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the loons and bald eagles. Internet was fast and we picked some of the salmonberries and blueberries growing in abundance around the house. I would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommend l!
