The location is very quiet, and the apartment is bright and practically furnished. A bus stop with direct service to the city center is less than 50 meters from the house.



Haus Abendsonne is located close to the Rhine, about 2 km downstream from the famous "Deutsches Eck." The house sits on a quiet side street, just one block from the river, around 50 meters to the bus stop, and about 400 meters to the Koblenz exhibition grounds. The area is green, peaceful, and near the riverbank.



The top-floor apartment offers 92 m² of living space with a living room, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, suitable for up to 6 guests. You have access to a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony, and washing machine. A high chair is available. Up to two pets are welcome.



There are four parking spaces in front of the house, which you can use for a small additional fee.



Behind the house, a small partly covered seating area with garden furniture invites you to relax together or have a barbecue. An electric grill can be provided upon request.



You can store bicycles in the house free of charge. On arrival day, we are happy to show you the storage spots and, if you wish, give you tips for full-day cycling tours, which you can also combine with bus, train, or boat rides.
