This place is unbelievable, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
The service is incredible, all the staff are very attentive, welcoming and work hard to make your stay perfect. The food and drinks are great, breakfast is very tasty with a great selection.
The whole place is well styled, you feel like a Bond villain.
It's well located, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle but with a moped (which you can rent from reception) you can easily and quickly get to beaches, restaurants etc. You can easily spend loads of time here, the views are 10/10, and the rooftop pool is a great place to chill, especially with happy hour drinks!
We made the mistake of only booking this place for a few nights as we wanted to try a different part of the island, it turned out to be a disaster with our booked hotel being nothing like the photos. We went back to Varivana ASAP, they welcomed us back and were very accommodating.
Overall we'd highly recommend this hotel and we will be back when we're next in Thailand!
The only thing I'd say to improve the experience would be to add some music around the pool and bar, particularly at sunset to add to the atmosphere. Some deep/tropical/chill house music would be amazing.
