Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la piscina excelente y se puede usar en todo horario. Estas a orilla de playa y desde la habitación se tiene una vista excelente del atardecer.

Buen sitio para estar unos días

ha sido uno de los mejores resorts en nuestro viaje por Tailandia. Lo recomiendo si vas en pareja. Muy bonito, limpio y con servicios de calidad.

Mysigt hotell med lugnt läge

Vi bodde i ett enklare rum längst in med väldigt fin utsikt och nära till havet. Lugnt område med vackert läge med små fina strandremsor. Personalen var serviceminded och ordnade det vi bad om. Det var god mat i restaurangen. Det var en väldigt brant backe ner till hotellet. Det finns inget 7-eleven eller liknande i närheten Ett mysigt hotell och gästerna var övervägande par när vi var där. Vi kommer absolut att åka dit igen.

We stayed at the Bay for 3 nights before the full moon party. First impressions were good: the rooms are colorful, the location is good, the food was great, and the staff were welcoming. However, shortly after settling into our room I was moving pillows around on our bed and noticed a line of dead bugs underneath one. The staff kindly reassured us that they were from a recent pesticide treatment and moved us into a new room. If this was our only hiccup, we would have happily moved on and left the resort a 4 star review. However, the next night when we got back from dinner around 10:30 the whole resort was without power and I spent 15 minutes looking around the main lounge for a circuit breaker since there was no staff nor contact info for management to be found. The next night was the full moon party and the staff offered to schedule us a taxi for 9:30pm. However there seemed to have been poor communication between staff; at 9:45 we asked them where our taxi was and they said there was no record of us requesting/accepting the offer for a ride from earlier that same day. Finally, as we were checking out they tried to charge us for a couple cans of soda that had broken/exploded in the minibar (ones we didn't drink or even touch during our stay). All in all I would consider this resort if you value privacy and want a good location and quiet ambiance. However as far as service is concerned, you can get proper treatment elsewhere on Ko Pha Ngan for the same price.

Top notch service

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay, the location is good with beautiful views, good value, good cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. We want to give a particular thanks to Andy, who not only gave us great advice for our Thailand itinerary but also drove us to the pier and took the time out of his day to send a parcel by ferry when we forgot something back at the resort. He made our day! Would warmly recommend staying at the Bay to anyone passing through Koh Phangan.

二度と滞在はしない！

6年前に泊まり、もう一度泊まりたいと思って来たが、二度と泊まらない。午前中に居るフロントのおばちゃんが、とても嫌味な奴で気分が悪くなった。まずは、ルームキーが付いている暇をカットしたか？と聞いて来た。していないと言うと、私のボスが新品に変えた。切ってないか？としつこい。何の為に切るのか、客に対しての何という態度なのか、理解に苦しんだ。 チェックアウトの際、港に行くのか聞かれたので、ブリラサコパンガンホテルに行くと言うと、タクシーを頼んでくれたが最初1,500バーツかかると言われたので、高いからいいと言うと1,200バーツでいいと言われた。なぜ一瞬で価格が下がるのか理解出来ずポケットにでも入れるのかと思い断ると遠いから最低でも1,200バーツかかるの一点張り。ブリラサコパンガンに電話してタクシー頼んだら900パーツだと言われ、今ベイホテルに居ると言うと、場所が解らないからレセプションに代わってくれと言われたので、再びあのババアに電話を渡そうとすると、解らない、知らない、と電話を代わろうとしない。強目の口調で言ってやっと代わって道案内をしてたが、電話を終わってからも、遠いから1,200バーツかかると言っている。向こうのホテルに頼んだら、900バーツだと言うと、黙っていた。 昔は綺麗でいい所だと思ったが、二度と行かない！ムカデもめちゃくちゃ多かった。

Hab das beachfront Bungalow gebucht, hatte aber nichts davon wenn die ganze Zeit Gäste und Personal über meine Terrasse laufen weil das ein Durchgang ist wie bei allen beachfront Bungalows also sehr schlecht gemacht. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück als Stammkunde.. es roch teilweise nach wc im Zimmer und auf der Anlage

Die Anlage ist schön gerichtet, direkt an einem kleinen Strand, sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt zu wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Von Personal her waren die meisten sehr greundlich. Die ältere Dame an der Rezeption/Bar war im Gegenteil im Kontakt sehr arrogant und abwertend. Unsere Klimaanlage ist in der Macht kaputt gegangen. Wir haben dies um 8:00 Uhr morgens der selben unfreundlichen Dame Bescheid gesagt. Bis zum Nachmittag, als wir wieder kamen, hatte sich niemand darum gekümmert habt. Im Zimmer war es entsprechend mind.40 Grad. Wir mussten dann am späten Nachmittag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, weil niemand mehr da war, der das reparieren konnte.

Private Anlage, jedoch mit Potential

Insgesamt eine 4, wieso? Die Hotelanlage entspricht den Bildern und zuvor abgegebenen Bewertungen. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr steil - eine unfassbar steile Straße geht in die Bucht hinunter, jedoch ohne Probleme mit Roller und auch Taxi (Tuktuk) befahrbar. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, trägt die Koffer zum Zimmer, es gab auch ein Willkommensgetränk. Bei dem Zimmer waren wir insofern etwas überrascht, als dass es doch wenig Stauraum hatte. Sobald die Koffer abgestellt waren, war es doch echt voll. Das Badezimmer hat wohl echt das meiste Potential. Es gleicht einer Nasskammer, die Fliesen sind verkalkt und offene Löcher nicht verdeckt oder zugespachelt. Kein TV!! Zum Frühstück konnte man aus 3 Gerichten wählen: Ei, Bacon, Toast und Marmelade, oder ein Müsli mit Obst sowie ein Thaifrühstück (herzhaft). Wer mit einem Kaffee, Saft und dem Frühstück nicht auskam, musste draufzahlen für die Nachbestellung. Darüber waren wir schon geschockt. Frühstück ist eben doch nicht gleich Frühstück.... Der Strand ist ziemlich klein und wird leider nicht gepflegt. Die Algen vom Meer werden angespült wie auch schonmal irgendwelche Abfälle. Das Laub wird täglich weggefegt, leider aber nicht der Strand gereinigt. Das fanden wir doch sehr schade. Das Essen im Restaurant und auch die Getränke sind preislich voll in Ordnung. Wir waren oft in Thailand (auch in anderen Regionen und Restaurants) essen, aber so lecker wie dort war es wirklich nirgens! Also hierfür Daumen hoch!!

Great hotel, but take the best room!!!

Great service, the boss was on the way to town and dropped us off at the ferry. Great hotel but make sure to book the best room. Al the pictures on this site are from the best rooms. Our room needed some renovations and was a little disappointment. The best rooms with terras at the beach look modern and great. Next time we go there we will book these rooms. Steep slope to get to the hotel (be prepared:-)). But prived small beach. Small paradise

Très belle hôtel de base sauf tous ce qui est finition ils ne connaissent pas ou alors à la dérive salle de bain très salle ! Et lorsqu'il pleut de l'eau rentre dans la salle de bain par le rocher dedans . Et sinon l'acceuil est parfait le personnel charmant comme il y a 4 ans lors de notre premier séjour.

Secluded and chilled

A really chilled place with its own beach and beachside bar playing soothing tunes. Decent food and good happy hour offers. There is also a pool and loungers. Ideally situated to watch the sunrise and the sunset. Lovely views. The place itself needs a bit of TLC and the room was basic but good for the price. Not really walking distance (at night) to the livelier parts but a walk along the beach brings you to lots of good bars and things so it's not isolated. Andy the owner picked us up and gave us some good tips. He and the other staff were really friendly. Just wish the bar was open later - at least to midnight if there are people in the bar. Well worth a visit and to stay.

Hotel per niente consigliato. A parte il panorama sul mare, il resto non rispecchia le stelle che ha. Accesso scomodissimo con una discesa a dir poco pericolosa che si può fare solo a piedi. Staff gentile ma servizi molto scarsi: la pulizia la devi richiedere sennò non entrano nemmeno per rifarti il letto, colazione non a buffet ma a scelta (limitatissima) da una scheda, spiaggia tenuta male, piscina idem. Date ascolto alle recensione negative.

Full moon

Beautiful resort, peaceful for going to the full moon party staff were very helpful. My only concern was the door being broken on arrival, this was dealt with the next day and the smell from the bathroom smelt very rotten.
