"Immaculate! A hidden gem. My room was beautifully appointed, the furnishings were so tasteful, the bed extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows. Super clean. The staff were not in your face but ready to help if required.
The shared kitchen/laundry was such a good idea ..... why dont more accommodation places do this????? I stayed for six nights and will definately be back."

"Location was great but to describe this guest house as boutique is a big stretch of the imagination. Room was clean but decor and furniture tired. Stain on the sofa. One of the bedside lamps didn't work.
Bathroom - crack in the sink. Water pressure was low and ran hot and cold in the shower despite it being the only water in use at the time. Shower curtain was water stained. Cheap toiletries.
Only two sachets of coffee provided and no tea.
Overall we didn't think it was great value for money...

"The best value for money I have ever come across. Large room with kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, two ring cooker, kettle, sink) En-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and W>C, towels supplied in room. Continental breakfast included in price. All this for just £31 per nightt highly recommended."
