Great location. Very nice apartment.As noted, noise is a factor. Overall, it was not bad, but there was a loud industrial vacuum or sweeper making a loud noise for about a half hour in the early morning hours.Knoxville is great and this is an ideal location to take it all in. We enjoyed Market Square and a Vols football game.

Great location!! The apt was very well appointed and spotless on arrival. It had everything i needed for a month long stay. If i return to Knoxville, i will look no further than this building. It had everything: location, cleanliness, supplies... you name it.

The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean and in a very vibrant, walkable downtown location. The check in process was slightly confusing for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in cities, but I was able to figure it out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Knoxville.

Market Square Gem

Property checks all of the boxes. Clean, great location, reasonably priced. We have stayed here (and in the other “sister” properties) on multiple occasions. Already have 2 reservations for the fall. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location, beautiful unit

No VRBO has ever hit all of the marks, the way this location has for us. The pictures do not do the unit justice, that's how beautiful it is. Very clean and well appointed. The location could not be better. You can walk everywhere. Parking was a breeze in the garage right off Market Square. It only cost us 3 for the entire weekend. We will definitely be back!

Location!

One of my favorite stays in Knoxville in 10 years. The Zen loft is amazing! The location is perfect, the building is secure, the market sq parking is easy. The loft is clean and comfortable, it fat exceeds the photos on the listing. Will book again very soon!

Another great stay!

This is the 4th time I have stayed here for work in the past couple of years. The location is wonderfully central with easy access to food and entertainment. It can be somewhat noisy, but that can be mitigated.

Perfect Location!

Chilling in Zen

Great place. Super downtown location. Took a sec to figure out the lockbox to get the exterior door opening fob and understanding parking options but after the first time it was all a piece of cake. Neat old building above Market Square. We heard some street noise but seemed very appropriate for the location. None of the noise disrupted our sleep. Highly recommend this unit. We’ll reserve again on next visit to Knoxville.
