With freeway access less than 5 minutes away and a newly paved driveway, the main level features two bedrooms—a king suite and a queen bedroom—plus a full bath with tub/shower combo. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a large-screen TV, Roku, and high-speed WiFi.

Downstairs, a staircase leads to a spacious finished basement with a cozy living space, a game-room with foosball table, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dedicated workspace, and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds. The basement provides access to the garage with a washer and dryer.

Guests may access the home through the front door with Smart Lock keypad entry and security code.

Owner will not interface with guests unless needed. However, the exterior of the home is monitored by cameras for security and safety purposes.

Our home is located in Sevier Heights on a quiet street, in a residential neighborhood, but still close to Highway access, and just 8 minutes from the University of Tennessee campus.

You can get to a Publix grocery store, many bars and restaurants, plus the UT campus, Botanical Gardens and River front Greenways, in just 8 minutes. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Gay Street in downtown Knoxville and 15 minutes from the Knoxville airport.

The home is less than a one-hour drive from Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee Foothills Scenic Byway, Obed River Natural Area, Frozen Head State Park, and Norris Lake.

The driveway to the home is steep. Four-wheel drive is not necessary unless there is ice or snow. In this case, you could park along the road and walk up to the house. There are several stairs you need to climb to get to the front door. The home is not handicap accessible.
