Lovely new build near the river- steps to the upstairs bedrooms and washer dryer are significant for anyone with knee or back issues. Wonderful communication from the host. One thing I would feedback is a deep and thorough clean of the refrigerator is needed and some instructions for anyone who's never cooked with gas stoves would be helpful. The unit was tidy and well furnished. The interior sign welcomed someone named Barbara as well so I hope she had fun too.

We loved the location of this townhome. We were in town for a football game and it was an easy drive to the stadium and downtown Knoxville. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the space had everything we needed for a fun weekend with friends!

Ok, good location but I’m surprised at the great reviews

Place was just ok in our opinion. Not very clean, and all the towels in the house were damp and smelled like mildew. The vent and air filter were so clogged with dust. A couple of the kitchen cabinet doors were so loose they wouldn’t even close. The location was good but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice!

This townhome was very nice and accommodated our out of town family Christmas perfectly! Well equipped with just about everything we needed…kitchen and bathrooms. The area was nice enough. Good to be able to walk to the river a few times a day and never felt unsafe…but don’t leave your vehicle unlocked! My fault, but I brought in a load of groceries and meant to go back for our snacks and my purse. Got sidetracked and by the time I remembered, someone had stolen my purse and rummaged through our vehicle.

Perfect in every way!

We have stayed at this location 2x now and love it more each time. Not only is the condo new, nicely designed but also kept very clean. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to pizza, coffee, brewery and cute boutiques. Also, it just a short drive to UTK. We took full advantage of the kitchen with our Thanksgiving dinner. It's also so nice to have a full washer and dryer in the unit. I just hope the pricing doesn't get too high. We are able to share the cost with another family which is helpful.

Bright & Clean

This place is adorable! Very clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was easy and quick. There are some great shops and restaurants nearby. We also drove to Dollywood which was about 30 minutes away. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Convenient

I have stayed in numerous properties in Knoxville, and this was perhaps the best yet. The townhome is new, very-well designed, clean, and upscale. We also found it very convenient. We walked to dinner in downtown Knoxville and even walked to the stadium for the game.

Great rental in super location!

We enjoyed this rental! Its location is wonderful with so many eateries close by. Construction was not an issue for us and neighbors very friendly. I did have to remind management to send check in details otherwise very nice!!

Hidden Gem

This property is probably one of the best that I’ve stayed at for the price. It was clean, a great size, and convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There is some construction going on next door, but the sound was manageable and it looks like they will be finished in the near future. This spot will be my go-to when visiting Knoxville.

Great place !

Great location, short drive from every where we needed to go. It was nice to have the basics there, paper products, soap, shampoo and coffee! Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication.
