Our first room the AC and heating didn’t work. They moved our rooms and that room our sink didn’t drain at all. The rooms smelled bad.

Just our luck there were no working ice machines in our wing. The good news is the staff went the extea mile to accommodate this issues and got ice from the kitchen for us. Great and friendly staff.

Nice place
Bad weather we decided to stop . Nice and clean no problems was waiting on waffles because of the commercial . One bad note found hair in my eggs . Lady came out and added more sausage to breakfast bar . No hairnet . Went to management and reported . But will stay again .

Adriana who handles breakfast was on it! One of the better continental breakfasts I've had in awhile. The other staff are very polite and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I needed to switch rooms because I really needed a tub and they were waiting for me near the elevator with fresh keys so I wouldn't have to wait on them. They also helped me any time I needed to extend and made it super easy. As someone who travels all the time for work, this was one of the best hotels I had been in. Very quiet, clean, hardly any traffic (even during the holidays), and a wonderful location close to the interstate but without being right on top of it. Also in a prime location for restaurants and entertainment.
