We enjoyed our stay in Knoxville and this property was a great base of operations. Located downtown on Market Square, it is conveniently located in a historic building with a nearby parking deck that was inexpensive. Many of the bars/restaurants on the square feature live music at night though that started the week after we were there. It is easy to see how once they swing into gear, it could get noisy at night which has been mentioned in other reviews.The unit is well furnished with comfortable beds, a nice streaming TV in the living room and a full kitchen. The views from the living room to the square and downtown were great. The entrance to the elevator is off the street with loading areas right outside so moving in is a breeze. A week later all I can say negative about the property is that the lock boxes, which contains the side door access key fob, are tricky to open; we needed assistance to get into the lock box. The person who helped us out had no trouble opening it. Fortunately, you only need to get in twice, once to get the key fob and the second to return it. Otherwise, things were fine. This was our second VRBO experience and this was a good one.

Really enjoyed this stay. Can't beat the location and comfy beds. It is louder but that's disclosed (and not that bad, imo). Stayed over New Year's and slept throughout the night after the renters above stopped roller skating (lol) into 2026. Dog happy. Great place. Thx for the hot cocoa!

Love this place! Location is awesome! The home itself is warm, inviting, and very homey! We have stayed in one of the other units but I think this is our favorite! So. Izzy, access great, and communication flawless:) Had everything we needed. The view of Market Swuare perfect!

This is our 3rd time staying at this location and the 2nd time in the Garden apartment. You can't beat the location, which is right in the middle of everything downtown! The apartment is always clean, well stocked, very welcoming and parking is a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location right on the square for exceptionally easy getting around. Super welcoming with snacks and drinks (including juice boxes, soda, coffee/ tea/ cider/ hot chocolate ) available- what a nice touch! Well stocked apartment in general- cooking supplies/ spices/ etc, games, booksThe urban noise mentioned in the listing is accurate but totally manageable with the provided fans and ear plugs. The off site parking in near-by garages was a little annoying (no longer free on Saturdays) but a reasonable trade off to be right on the square

Great communication, owner responsed quickly to questions and adjusted dates for us. Wouldve been 5 star across board but the area had some activity in evening and night hrs, people were skateboarding so we were not comfortable walking around at times. Quite a few homeless sleeping around the square and people trying to peddle items or panhandle for cash. Room was very clean and inviting I would stay again thank you
