Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and always felt well taken care of.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, making it a perfect home base for our time in Knoxville. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was very clean and plenty of room! The mattress definitely has seen better days and needs to be replaced. There wasn’t a thermostat downstairs so we had to send a message to get it changed. But they responded quickly!

Pros: Quiet, clean, nicely decorated, good communication from host, easy check-in and check-out.Cons: Shower did not get hot, however, host did try to fix it. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable- the bed dips in the middle, which means my husband and I ended up both rolling into the middle and made it tough to get a good nights sleep.

Was a perfect spot close to my stepdaughter who is pregnant. Was a great spot for me, my husband, and young son. Only complaint would be the mattress in the room. They definitely would benefit from a new one. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Nice Place

Very quiet, secure, had everything we needed, and good price. Our only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and we both ended in the middle.

A nice place to sleep

This vrbo location served our needs. It was clean and close to our family. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and our son on the pull-out couch. It was very private and quiet. Our only complaint was that the mattress seemed worn out and sagged in the middle, making it a little uncomfortable for two people.
