This is the cutest house! The pictures are spot on. It was spotless and they had everything you would need to accommodate. I have a 3 year old grandson that absolutely adored the “playroom”. They were very responsive to my question, and would highly recommend this place! If the opportunity presents itself, I will definitely stay again!!

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful decor, well stocked with everything we needed, immaculately clean. The sleeper sofa was missing, but the owner informed us it was being fixed. We would definitely stay here again, and I wish vrbo homes everywhere were this nice!

The house itself was really great - remodeled and adorable. The neighborhood is questionable. During our stay there was no couch which made it pretty uncomfortable for our family.

We had a great experience with this VRBO. The only hiccup was check in as they said I couldnt till I completed a step that I had already done and had no way to do again. After a bit I think they figured it out on their end. After that it was excellent. The hot tub was great, the infant things (chairs, playpen, etc) wwre super helpful as this was our first time traveling with an infant! Overall we would definitely go back.

It was perfect!

I come to Knoxville several times throughout the spring and summer to visit family. I have never found a place to stay that I had a great experience and would stay at more than once. My kids and I absolutely LOVED this place. I will be staying here every trip from now on!

Excellent Property, Would Stay Again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. We did need to communicate with the property manage, and they were fantastic about getting back to us. The house was incredibly well-appointed and had a lot of nice little touches that really made it sing. We highly recommend staying here!We do want to note several things of which you should be aware if you're going to stay:1. There is no direct HVAC in the master bathroom, though there is a standard bathroom fan. It was 10º when we stayed, so this room was pretty chilly in the night. We tried to leave the door open as much as possible and that helped.2. There were definitely frozen pipes in the house, but this was obviously out of anybody's control. The first night we couldn't use the master shower. The last night the kitchen water (including the dishwasher) was unavailable. If you're staying when it's bitter cold, you might want to consider leaving some fixtures dripping.3. The electric fireplace never worked while we were there. The property manager was communicative, but we were never able to resolve the problem during our stay. It didn't negatively impact us, and hopefully it's been resolved in the interim.In closing, despite a few issues, we had an excellent stay and would return to this property. The property manager was excellent and communicative. Most importantly, the property was delightful.

Awesome Home

The home was great, and the hot tub was a real treat. The house was clean, and plenty of room! Only bummer was the alarm was mistakenly set and kept going off for 5 minutes and the cops came but when you are not doing anything wrong it is all good. Really no complaints. GREAT rental!

UT football Weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property for a Tennessee football weekend. The location is great and the property itself is perfect for enjoying time with friends. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit multiple times. Both are a big hit with us. The interior of the home is modern and very clean. Most likely we will stay here again next year. :)

Close and Cozy

The Blue Valley Inn was just what we needed for a recent stay in Knoxville. It was within minutes of downtown, the Ijams Nature Center and the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum. The house was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and homey. Nice touches, though we didn't need them, were things for children - sippy cups, child-size eating utensils, etc. and a swing set! The backyard was great for adults too. Dylan and Suzanne are wonderful hosts, answering questions timely and simply being engaging.

Peaceful City Paradise

My family loved this little slice of paradise nestled inside a quiet little suburb of Knoxville. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. We will never stay anywhere else in Knoxville!

Hard to Describe!?!?

The pictures actually reflect what you will find once you open the doors; however, this little house was surprisingly more pleasant than I expected. It was very clean, put together and quite cozy... We did not have the little ones with us, but if they were, I am sure they would have thoroughly enjoyed the play area in the back. We did not utilize any of the extras like the hot tub, grill, play area or fire pit, but if we had more time, we would have been all over the place. The bathrooms were nice sizes and the bathtub big enough for a large man to sit in and have a good soak. The beds were so comfortable, and most importantly, we felt safe. Being able to put an alarm on STAY mode when you put your family to bed is a huge plus in my book. We were able to utilize the alarm system whenever we left the premises, which was another plus. My daughter had to work the icemaker. We were so busy with my daughter's tournament that we were unable to utilize the kitchen either, but it was stocked with everything!!! The only problem was the communication. I am older, so if I ask for a phone call back, please call me back. I kept receiving replies to messages instead of a phone call back. Waiting on a reply is exhausting; especially when you are trying to go to the events you originally came to participate in. I felt locked in the house waiting on a reply, only to find out that they had replied via email and even then, with the wrong information. Frustrating!!!
