  • In this 2 story home you will find 4 Bedrooms (1 King Suite and 3 with Queen beds all upstairs) with 2 full baths and 2 additional half-baths with enough room for 8 adults or children.



    There are two steps to enter the home at the front door.



    Right inside the front door you will find an 8-foot pool table and all of the accessories for hours of enjoyment.



    The home has free hi-speed wifi access throughout.



    The living room has a 75" TV with internet access and all available streaming services with your own login/password needed to access them.



    Dogs are allowed in the house.

Fun and Convenient in Knoxville

Property was great for a weekend family visit to see family. Older property but very clean and had what we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Pool Table room was a plus with our adult sons. When we had a couple of questions, MIchael was very responsive. We would recommend this property and will stay again on a future trip.

Log Cabin Retreat Close to Downtown

We couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to downtown and UT, but tucked away for a quiet peaceful retreat! Plenty of space for a large family to spread out or to bunk up with friends. After a busy day it was nice to come home and relax on the couch or play a quick game of pool! Great communication with property manager. They made us feel right at home and easy to access property.

Close to UTK

We stayed at this property for parents weekend at UTK. Great location very easy to get to campus and not far at all. The house was perfect for our family! The house is well stocked with linens, and kitchen accessories. The pool table was a big hit for late night games once we returned from campus! The owners were very easy to work with and checked on us a few times to make sure all was ok with our stay. They have an attention to detail! We would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice!

The home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax at the end of the day. The house was very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. There is a nice outdoor area to sit and eat or read or play games. The driveway is steep but quite manageable. Michael, the property manager, is quick to answer all correspondence and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!!

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed with a group of 6 adults. The house was very spacious and accomodated everyone. The pool table was a great way to end the days and relax at the house. The driveway was big enough to accomodate 2 trucks, with trailers attached and an SUV. Every person in our group was impressed with the comfortable beds and sleeping arrangements. The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private. The owners were quick to respond and give clear instructions about checking in and checking out. Our group is already planning the next trip and we plan to stay here again if it is available.
