Victoria was a fantastic host! My daughter stayed for 12 days while in town for school and we couldn’t have been happier with her stay. Communication was great and the atmosphere was just what she needed while in town. Will definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday, and this was truly accommodating! The owner goes out of her way to do whatever you need to make your visit special. We'd recommend this suite to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

Go Vols weekend!

Came to visit our son at UTK for his parent weekend! Booked this awesome place just 10-15 min from campus and had the best of both worlds! The chaos and bustle of campus during a big rivalry game weekend, and a sweet retreat at the end of each day!

Garden Oasis

Got to spend two quick nights here during a jam packed weekend of UT football and sorority family weekend. Will definitely stay here again. Lovely property that is both a quick drive from campus and a little garden sanctuary all wrapped up in one quaint package. Has everything you will need along with a gracious host.

What a delightful property and host

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and eclectic property. Easy drive to the airport and close to anywhere you want to go. We received a lovely note and small things to make our trip more like home. Victoria Kay was so helpful and full of information even before we arrived for our stay. Throughout our stay we could rely on her for anything we had questions about. Such a delight and the place is lovely! We will definitely try to stay again when in town. I highly recommend for anyone passing through Knoxville!

Perfect Place

This place was perfect for our family. I was just minutes from the University of Tennessee campus but it felt like we were way out in the country. The apartment was extraordinarily clean and well equipped. I hope we can stay here on our next trip.

Fun, cozy and comfortable

We had a wonderful time in Knoxville We had a wonderful time in Knoxville! Since we were staying 3 nights we wanted something homier than a hotel. This was a great place. It had everything we needed and was close (15 minute drive) to the UT stadium where we saw a football game. Victoria is a fun and knowledgeable host. We were only a short drive from Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Great place

Great place to stay. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Terrific host. This is our second time staying here; came back because the first visit was so positive. The lights strung in the trees around the patio create a marvelous atmosphere to sit out at night and listen to the crickets chirp.

Cozy, comfortable, & convenient

This location is quiet, away from hustle & bustle, yet only 10-15 minutes to downtown, very convenient. South Knoxville is also the side of town 30-40 minutes closer to the Great Smokies than West or North Knoxville (where the traffic is heavy). I lived most of my life in Knoxville before moving to another state, so I chose this property with a native son's knowledge of roads and routes, knowing it would be convenient for my purposes (twice daily trips into the downtown area, plus a day off to spend in the Smokies.) The area is quiet (out in the country) away from the noise of traffic. It is very peaceful to sit out at the patio table to have coffee or to read. I went for two different quiet walks on the backroads near the apartment. The apartment itself is cozy and decorated with an artistic flare. My wife and I thought it a good size for two people. Would also work for a couple with a small child or two. It is certainly more spacious than a hotel room! The bath was stocked with shampoos, soaps, and other extras, and the kitchen had condiments, spices, and some food items. Our host was congenial and very thoughtful. We highly recommend this location and host.
