This house is fabulous! The beds are so very comfortable! Hot tub and ping pong are both great assets for a family too! Also there is plenty of seating for large group which is so nice! We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the noise from the road (it’s near a highway so it’s kind of loud outside), but the house is so great it’s definitely worth staying here!!! Highly recommend!

Thank you ! We really enjoyed our stay and your house is beautiful!! We had plenty of space and room for my team! We did leave some stuff (condiments) you can keep for the next guest & the dishes in the sink are clean just couldn’t put them up before we out. Fun times for wedding

We all came from around the country for a family member’s wedding. We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully! There was plenty of room for every one. We had fun in the garage where the ping pong table is. The house is close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. We were able to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning. It’s a pretty big one with lots of vendors,

Quick Trip

We didn’t get to enjoy properly very much as this was just a place to sleep while passing through. Home was great. Clean and spacious. Great communication. Only negative was highway noise. We would stay again.

cute little getaway house in knoxville

the house was very clean, easy to find and check in/out. we stayed close to thanksgiving and when we walked in they had a Christmas tree in the living room. so cute! felt very cozy. we will be back!

Family Gathering

There were three family groups with ages from 15 months old up to senior citizens. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bedrooms. We did notice that they only put out the exact number of towels to number of people in the group. We would have to call for any more. They did leave out a couple of hand towels, but they delivered one promptly. We could have called for more toilet paper. When you have little ones, you go through more toilet paper unintentionally. We ended up buying more. The supplies in the Kitchen were very minimal as well. We had to be creative when cooking up a couple of meals. Overall, if you know these things in advance, it is a great place to stay. The contact we did have with the owner/manager was very quick and very polite. We didn't have any issues. We'd stay again. And thanks!

Great house

This was a great house with lots of space for people to congregate in different areas. Game room and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Host was very responsive when we needed something, which happened to be pretty late at night.

Suggestion

The converted garage/game room was not heated and the temperatures the weekend we stayed did not allow us to be able to utilize this area. Some of my family had planned to use this area so it was disappointing.

Great home for a big family

We picked this house due to its proximity to my Mom’s retirement home on Westland. We packed in 5 couples and 4 grandkids. There is plenty of space to spread out, play games and eat big meals. The play room was a blast for the grandkids. Nicely equipped for everything we needed to do. Great restaurants and groceries are nearby.

Great place for a group!

My friends and I stayed here for a week! The house was great! Really big bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. I loved the big dining table for us to all eat dinner together. We very much enjoyed the game room and ping pong! The only negative thing I can say is the checkin time of 4pm was really late for us and you do hear some faint traffic from the street close to the house, as well as a train occasionally. It didn't bother any of us but if you are a really light sleeper, it might be something to consider. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic House: everything you need

The house was fantastic! The kids loved the neon room filled with games. There was plenty of seating for everyone. Every single bed was incredibly comfortable. Stop at the grocery before you get there and you won’t ever have to leave. You can relax in the hot tub and spend the whole time at the house! Highly recommend!!

Great Place
