"There are only two hotels in Rugby, and this is the better one. It was beautiful four years ago when I stayed there for work. But I see that it is getting run down a bit. For an entire week, there was dried mud in the stairwells (no elevator) and no one vacuums. Obvious things that need attention: ..."
