"Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅"

"Room was opposite lift so it was sooooo loud throughout the night."

"The front desk staff were very helpful and very nice. The hotel is right next to the university and a bit away from the central area. Overall it was a nice comfortable stay!"

"Muy buena ubicación. Personal muy amable. Habitación amplia y comoda"

"Terrible experience, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. They didn’t care about leaving us stranded on the street at midnight, in the cold, me and my dad, who is 70 years old and it is his first time in the UK, forcing us to search for another hotel at that hour, and none had...

"All was excellent at this very nice hotel, in particular owners and employees. Really very kind of them."

"Perfecto"

"Habitación y servicio del personal. Lo peor, por decir algo, el baño. "

"Excellent stay at The Stuart Hotel and a special mention about Kartar Singh who made me feel at ease and so helpful with every little thing that had a concern for. He needs a special recognition and well deserved. Thank you"

"Outstanding! Beautiful building, super comfortable room, super friendly and helpful host, convenient location. I was upgraded to the 2nd floor family suite with beautiful Gothic stained glass windows and a tower! Great experience, highly recommended."

Desayuno acceptable. Tipo buffet pero puedes pedir huevos a gusto. Television grande, pero sin canales de España"

"Mejor imposible!
