"Brought my Boy Scout Troop to Concan/Frio River as a mystery “surprise” campout. They had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and other games the property had to offer. Spent a great day at the Frio, which is 5min away by car. Plenty of room to house and feed our group of 18. Property was just as advertised. Host was very responsive. Will return here for certain!"

"My family had a great trip in Concan near the Frio River for a one week stay in June! We range in ages from 4 to 84 years old. "The property was wonderful. The six bedrooms with baths were perfect. The kitchen and family room was big enough to accommodate our large family. The outside pool was amazing. We played pool volleyball and had a blast. The addition of the ping pong table, basketball, and outdoor restroom was perfect. Plenty of refrigerators and outdoor seating. One of the best family trips so far. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home on a beautiful lot. "
