nie wieder! unsauber, niemand im Hotel erreichbar, Lampen defekt, entgegen Prosperkt kein W-LAN und kein TV, keine Tassen, absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Dear Ulrich:) I am very sorry to hear about your complaints. About the staff not reachable I got a call late in the evening wich I answered and solved at once. According to the Expedia homepage guests are obliged to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for check in details. I had tried to contact you without any luck. There is both tv and Wifi, but there is a code to the wifi. About the cleaning I have told my staff. Once again very sorry.
