Vacation on the Baltic Sea: a quiet, renovated apartment, 3.5 km from the beach

Welcome to the website of our small but charming vacation rental.
Completely renovated in 2024/2025, we offer you the opportunity to use our apartment as a starting point for your journey of discovery along the Baltic Sea coast, as a place to unwind after long days at the beach and in the water, or as an oasis of calm after exciting excursions between Hamburg and Rostock.

The apartment is located on the upper floor and is accessed via a metal staircase. (As a result, it is not wheelchair-accessible.)
After climbing the 18 steps, you’ll first find a small seating area where you can catch your breath.
On the balcony, you can relax on the sun lounger. A rocking chair completes this oasis of tranquility.

Kitchen:

The balcony leads directly into the very well-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find, among other things:
a large fridge-freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans.
And of course, the kitchen features a dining table and cozy seating for up to 4 people.

Living Room:

The living room is furnished with a couch that can be converted into a cozy bed for 2 in no time, a rocking chair, a coffee table (height-adjustable), and a 65-inch TV. The large window has an electric roller shade.

Bedroom:

The bedroom features a comfortable box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a dresser, an open closet/shelf, and a 42-inch TV.
The window in the bedroom is also equipped with an electric roller blind.
