Peaceful and quiet

The house was even more beautiful in person and I wasn’t prepared for how quiet the neighborhood is. Deer were seen daily in the meadow behind the house and flocks of wild turkey in the neighborhood. We took advantage of the walking trails, swimming pool, ice skating rink, and restaurant-all wonderful amenities.

We had an outstanding stay at this property….comfortably slept 7 fellas and the amenities were really good. It was only an 3 minute drive to the golf course everyday. Only drawback and disappointment was the hot tub was filthy and unusable and the grill had not been cleaned….fortunately we ate out every night. Partially booked this property because of the hot tub…so that was disappointing. Overall, Great location, super quiet and a very nice property.

Wonderful house

Stay was great, house perfect..patio could use a cleaning, but I realize the location,umbrella on table won’t stay up. Definitely would rent house again…

This house has absolutely everything you will need, including the piece and quiet you rarely get. We stay in vrbos every week and this house is in our top 10. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place

Was just as the pictures showed. Spacious, clean, had some toys and high chair that were great for our littles. So many deer came on property, very cool.

Overall nice stay

We had an overall nice stay. The main feature is the roominess of the home to accommodate 9 people. Home is older and could use updates (ex: Dining leather chairs were in bad condition as leather was peeling off and very worn).

Very Nice Home, Peaceful and Great Location

Spent four nights with family to celebrate our Mother's, Grandmother, Great Grandmother's 88th birthday. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would love to come back and play the golf course again in the fall. Anisha was very responsive when contacted. Will definitely rent again if we are in need of a large rental.

Great multi-family space

This house was great in accommodating for 3 families of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked, and all the necessities provided. Quick drive in to amenities at the Running Y resort, and located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. My only negative review would be that we arrived at 6:00pm on a December evening and the thermostat was set to a brisk 59 degrees. It was surprising to us considering the time of year and the e knowledge to owner/property manager that the house would be occupied. It took well inti the next 24 hours for the house to warm to a comfortable temperature. Otherwise the house was super great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

This property met our basic needs for two families. However, for the price and especially for the amount of service fees charged (over 500) there were a lot of issues that should be addressed. First and foremost the safety of the walkway. The leaves had not been removed in the fall and when we checked in on 12/26/24 after a snow fall it made it not only difficult to shovel the snow, the leaves turned to ice which made walking a hazard. Also, there was no salt or snow melt that would have created a safer environment. Many light bulbs had been burned out so it made it difficult to see. The cue sticks did not have tips so the very large pool table that was in the main living area was not useable. Strongly recommend to swap the living room furniture with the pool table so at least there is a nice flow from kitchen to entertaining. The kitchen counter chairs were ripped, again a disappointment for the price we spent. The heat was off upon arrival and the temperature was at 52F, even tho it was a smart thermostat. . The carpet in the main floor bedroom/den was extremely worn. The towel rack in the primary bedroom fell off upon use. There was no hairdryer as promised. There was only a place setting for four people even tho there are five bedrooms and the house sleeps up to 12. And lastly, it was annoying that after all of these items you only leave one garbage bag. What does the service fees go toward!? Firearm went off in the middle of night, batteries dead,not safe

No running water and inoperable hot tub

Needless to say, while the property looked beautiful online, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. We discovered that the water had been turned off, and despite contacting both the host and the facility maintenance person, the issue could not be resolved that day. As a result, we were forced to find alternative lodging—an extremely difficult task on a holiday weekend with 11 family members needing accommodations.The cost to relocate to three hotel rooms and purchase meals for dinner and breakfast far exceeded the refund we received for the first night. This does not even begin to account for the stress, lost time, and overall inconvenience of scrambling to find a solution while waiting for support.Unfortunately, neither VRBO nor The Evolve Team were helpful during this urgent situation. Their lack of responsiveness and support left us feeling completely abandoned.Additionally, one of the main reasons we chose this home was for the advertised hot tub. Upon our return the following day, we discovered the hot tub was inoperable. We reported the issue to the host immediately—yet nothing was done to address or compensate for it. Again, another major disappointment.For anyone considering booking through VRBO with the expectation of peace of mind, support, or reliable accommodations—please be warned. Our experience proved quite the opposite.
