"Nos sentimos muy cómodos y bien atendidos. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Muy Buena Cocina "

"Awesome"

"Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in...

Super Hotel!"

"Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...

"Beautiful"

"DO NOT STAY HERE Room smelt of sewage, I got sick after eating the lunch and dinner, with projectile vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever. Beach is advertised as private it is not. Hawkers are at the beach 24/7 and come onto the hotel property to harass guests. Management refuse to intervene and when asking for assistance they say it is normal to be harassed and you asked for it by staying there. Management were verbally aggressive and intimating to the point we could not get food or drinks at...

"Room was clean, staff exceptionally nice, area looked like paradise"

"This property is underrepresented , it’s a well balanced blend of nature and contemporary living , with private pods you could confuse for a mini yatch, the lounges , swimming pools , live entertainment, excursions and yet most important is the most courteous staff , where anything with a possibly of discomfort is met with gentle and expedited resolution that you even forget it happened. The distance from the airport is eclipsed by the shuttle service and revelation of this serene and...

"Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!"
