"Der Check in und Check out haben flexibel geklappt und es wurde auf unsere Ankunftszeit- und Abfahrtszeit Rücksicht genommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In 750m Entfernung ist ein super Markt, zum Skibus geht man 5 Minuten.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen "

"Hat super gepasst.. wie in der Beschreibung ist das Haus zweigeteilt… jedoch nur am Kellerabgang mit ein paar Brettern.. das heißt man hört alles was oben bzw. unten los ist… die Terasse ist noch für die anzahl an Personen ausgelegt nur ein kleiner Tisch der voller Vogelkacke war..Obwohl ich 12 Personen angemeldet hatte waren Betten nur für 11 Personen bezogen."

"Very nice apartment with good facilities for skiing. 5 mins by car from the slopes. Owner is very responsive. We had a slight issue (nothing major) when we arrived and he sorted it immediately and was very generous in sorting it out. How you fix problems says a lot about people and he was excellent. Would definitely go back if I get the chance!"

"We (family of 4 adults) had the most fantastic time staying in Mario’s property in Kitzbühel. Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Good parking, superb bedding, great hosts, and location was unbelievable. Walking distance to gondola, town, ice hockey hall etc etc. Easy to supermarket. "

"We konden niet in het geboekte appartement en werden overgeboekt naar een appartement in Kitzbuhel, op 10 minuten loopafstand van de Hahnenkammbahn. Het appartement was zeer goed, goed uitgerust en goede ligging. We hebben een erg fijne week gehad."

"Unsere Familie hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Besser kann man in Kitzbühel kaum wohnen. Obwohl alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ganz ruhig gelegen. Viele Parkplätze am Haus, schöner Garten und generell hat es alles was man sich wünscht. Auf 3 Stockwerken gibt es 5 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt und einen Wohn- Essbereich der besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. "Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung. Leider war sie schlecht geputzt inkl. leerer Flaschen vom Vormieter unter dem Bett. Die schönen alten Kleiderschränke und Kommoden waren sehr hübsch allerdings nicht richtig zu nutzen. Im Kleiderschrank gab es keine Einlegeböden und bei der Kommode sind bei der Nutzung als Wäschefach die Böden herausgefallen."
