We traveled w/14 family members. 6 kids. 1 adult w/mobility issues w/a walker. The house was huge. We had 6 vehicles & were able to fit in the spaces available w/o using the garage. Pros: the house was clean. Kitchen decently stocked. Nothing super impressive but we had everything we needed. The double ovens & 2 dishwashers were great. Workout room nice. 2 washers & dryers were handy. Pool table was nice but the wall mirror alongside of it made us nervous with the pool sticks/kids. Elevator worked well & made it accessible for someone with a walker. Plenty of bathrooms. Cons: I wouldn’t recommend for someone in a wheelchair since you have to step up into the kitchen. Water dispenser was turned off on the fridge because it would sometimes stick and water would spill everywhere. Icemaker on fridge didn’t work but there were ample other ice makers available. When we got there they were all clogged so we had to fix that. We didn’t use the outdoor kitchen much so can’t tell you how that was. A couple of chairs inside & out were broken. We reported it & sent pictures so hopefully they will fix them. Furniture was obviously well used but nothing horrible. Outside was another story. Lots of spider webs & the outside needed a good cleaning. Balconies need cleaning. The house needed a powerwashing & the pool needed some help as the kids claimed the surface was not in great shape & left residue on them. Hot tub good. No parking passes for the beach so not great beach access.
