Set directly across from a private Southern Shores beach (reserved exclusively for owners and their guests), this location offers something rare on the OBX: peaceful shoreline with no public parking and no crowds.

Inside, the home feels bright, relaxed, and thoughtfully curated. Soft coastal tones and updated furnishings create a space that feels both elevated and comfortable. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone has room to unwind. Two spacious living areas make it easy to gather or spread out. Perfect for movie nights, quiet mornings, or afternoon downtime after the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, making meals and connection feel effortless.

Step outside and the experience continues. The private backyard pool is fully fenced for a tucked-away, resort-style feel. After beach time just steps away, rinse off in the outdoor shower and ease into the evening with a backyard BBQ. For a little friendly competition, head to the garage game space with a pool table — a fun bonus for both kids and adults.
Mornings are best spent on the front porch with coffee and ocean breezes. Evenings end under the stars.
