Perfect spot and place

Ryan was the nicest host we’ve ever had. He wanted us to have a 10/10 experience and we did. Beach is amazing and close. Golf cart was so easy. Everything is top of the line. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

This is a dream vacation rental property. Everything is well maintained, high quality linens. Communication with the owner is spot on. Even if there was an issue he made sure to get it all taken care of. I couldn’t image any rental being better than this!! Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful home and property

Our family vacation at the Treehouse in Duck was fabulous. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ryan is amazing and made sure that our stay was all that we imagined and more. We will be booking again next year!

Excellent home.. The owner was in touch with us regularly making sure everything was great..

Beautiful home, close to the beach walk was (6-7 minutes).. golf cart (5 minutes). Very spacious home with pool and hot tub.. pool was gorgeous and we used it daily. The home is clean, updated and we all were quite comfortable.. we will be back! Thanks Ryan.😊

This one was just right

Everything about this vacation house felt like a treat. The quality of the furnishings and kitchen items were more like a goal at home instead of a rental property. There was enough room set aside for our stuff that we could move in and not have food items or bags cluttering up. Ryan was quick to answer questions, was accessible and considerate (we ended up arriving late at night and he turned on the lights for us so we had a welcoming house instead of darkness). The proximity to the beach and the gold cart to move all our stuff was on point. The stargazing from the 3rd level deck was a complete bonus and you could hear the crash of the waves in the background. We would hands down rent again and look forward to working with Ryan in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing

My family stayed here over the holiday weekend. The house was immaculate. The views from the top of the "treehouse" were magnificent. The pool and hottub were very relaxing. 10 out of 10. Even Ryan, the host was very responsive and kind.

Exceptional Vacation Home

This was a exceptional vacation home. Great location. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants but still quiet and homey. The home was very comfortable with modern appliances and thoughtful touches. Ryan was a very attentive and friendly host. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach house!

This house is fantastic! Everything about it was wonderful - clean, modern, close to the town of Duck and a very short walk or ride in the golf cart to the beach. Ryan is so accommodating and was checking in frequently to ensure we had everything we need. The beds are comfortable and the linens are NICE - not the cheap Walmart sheets and towels I’ve come to expect at rental properties. The house is outfitted with everything you could need, including nice beach chairs and a ton of kitchen equipment. The appliances are top of the line and the views of the sound from the top sundeck are beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and we loved how private everything is. Would definitely book again!!

Wonderful stay between ocean and sound

Our family had a great time during our fall getaway. We loved the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights, star gazing from the rooftop deck, and taking the golf cart to the beach. The home is immaculate. The layout and all the deck space were great for spreading out. We had amazing experiences at both Jockey's Ridge and the lighthouse in Corolla and enjoyed eating and shopping at the Duck boardwalk.

Making Family Memories

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Ryan's lovely home 2 miles north of Duck. The property is well maintained, very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals in house. BYO spices & seasonings. The beach is a short 5 minute walk or golf cart ride away. The pool and hot tub got used frequently and proved to be a huge plus as our week was mostly overcast and windy. Check-in was easy and owner, Ryan was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home

A state of the art home. Very modern, clean, and a great layout for family and friends. The TV arrangement was amazing. The views were incredible and we loved hanging out by the pool. Loved having access to a golf cart. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect getaway

The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked for beach activities. The golf cart was a big help carrying the chairs and cabana along with the kids and their sand toys. The house was conveniently located. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was the perfect getaway.

You Can't Do Better in the Outer Banks

I'm convinced you can't do better in the Outer Banks. This is an absolute gem of a property and a fantastic host. The property itself is big, the pool is well maintained, the golf cart is so convenient to get you onto the private beach quickly. There are tons of nice additions to the property as well, all captured in the listing of course. The real differentiator here, though is that you can tell that Ryan, the host, truly cares to provide an amazing experience for his guests. From his responsiveness to requests all the way down to the little details that he's put into the property to make it way nicer and more convenient for his guests. He is someone that actually works hard to make this a perfect destination. Honestly, you can't go wrong with the Duck Tree House property.

Great place

The housecwas great the owner heated the pool in early enough time for it to be warm having the golf cart was great 4 adults 3 kidsand plenty of room owner was only a text away had games snd puzzles for a rainy day great place to stay

Great house with the extra

We really enjoyed this house. It’s beautiful and we especially loved the pool, the Jacuzzi and the golf cart for a short ride to the beach. The rooftop was a nice view as well. We loved Duck and the area . Beautiful sunsets and sunrises !! .
