We had a nice stay but there could be some improvements. No WiFi - ended up having to pay extra to be able to use our phones. Especially with kids after full days out in the snow if I’d had known there was no WiFi I wouldn’t have booked it. Over the Xmas period we wanted some chill days in the cabin with Christmas movies with the kids but unfortunately this wasn’t possible, and even when we paid for extra data to do this the tvs were too dated to screen from phones. And the tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all. After messaging to receive the code from the caretaker I asked some questions about the apartment but didn’t receive an answer, I also asked about the WiFi issue and still didn’t get an answer. It was only when the oven broke on Xmas eve I asked about how to fix it that I got a reply hours later. And by this time, thanks to Google, YouTube and the extra data we managed to reset the oven and get it up and running again. Having to make all the beds at midnight after a full day of travelling with tired children wasn’t great. It’s a very basic cabin, clean and does what it says on the tin. But not ideal if you want to spend lots of time there with children. We paid a similar amount for another property nearby and got more for our money last year.
